I have recently swapped to vets for pets as it’s closer to where I live. I took all 3 of my dogs this week & the second I walked in with a handful of dogs Tash was there to greet me & help me. The receptionist was so friendly & kind! The vet was great & I am so glad I have swapped all 3 dogs to Cannock! Thanks guys!

Oh my god, the wait times. Appointment at 4pm and I’m still sat here 40 minutes later. This isn’t isolated either, all our animals are registered some waste hours just getting them weighed and vaccinated
Very nice vets. They have been wonderful with all our dogs. Jessie found the vet we saw very reassuring when she went for her jabs. Would recommend.
Very professional service, friendly polite staff 10/10 I thought my cat was dying but 2 day’s treatment on drips and fluids and she’s a different cat again now in less than a week, I say thank you and Minxie definitely says a big thank you to all at Cannock branch xxx
Staff and service are both great. The mark up on medicines and treatments is laughable and a bit of a mickey take. Will think twice about paying over the odds for meds from here again.
Such a great Vets I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My cat fell sick and as a panicked pet owner I called the vets and they got me in straight away. All of the staff were really pleasant and helpful. So we’re the other members of the public in the waiting room. Nice environment as well as being clean and sanitary. The vet was very caring and explained all of our options and put us at ease. She highlighted pros and cons of every option and made us feel like we were in good hands. A few days later another vet called and explained some test results to us and talked us though everything patiently and thoroughly explained everything. Overall, a great vets and I really recommend and have done to a number of family and friends already.
. Reception and nurse/vet were very friendly. . Wasn't waiting long to be seen. . Understanding of pets condition and what he needed. . Pet is now back to his usual self. . Practice was very clean throughout
