Brought my kitten (Cosmo) to be vaccinated and spayed. I was delighted with the service for the following reasons: Quick turnaround in receiving responses via phone/WhatsApp, calendar availability, cleanliness, duty of care… along with sharing extensive knowledge. It’s nice to trust a vet practice with such competence. Most importantly Cosmo was calm throughout each procedure which gave me peace of mind in knowing she was in good hands. Exceptional service.

**2 months in and still they have done nothing not sorted a thing just cause upset and distress so the reassurance given by them is just so others believe they will help but they haven’t. Poor communication and animal all round. You will never get a service from this vets with the owners and management the way they are.****I would never use this vets again. been trying to make a complaint for months as they can't record even a pets date of birth correct, colour or when they were last seen and weighed. there customer service is awful. staff are friendly but nothing ever gets sorted as they are above there head. communication is nil but they can communication when it suits them or they want money

I have been a client of this practice for quite a while and have had many pets dealt with at this vets. I always find the staff to be very helpful and welcoming and the vets are thorough with their exams and give me all the required information I need to make the best decision for my pets. My most recent visit was for my cat's annual booster and health check. Harry examined both my cats from top to tail and made me aware of some health problems. Having all the information we managed to sort a referral to a specialist (which was organized same day). I know that my pets are always in good hands with this team, fantastic care and I couldn't ask for more.

Oscar just had a manicure!!! Absolutely hated it, but the staff made it drama free. The low point for dog wonder Oscar was the nail job, the high point for him was when someone sat down next to him with a Rabbit!!! (No Rabbits were injured during this review)

Took our Labrador for her second set of jabs and a health check as expected but was hardly communicated with by the vet . She didn’t give her the check over I was expecting and was very quiet and blunt with the questions I did ask . I’m still non the wiser as to what jabs was given ect. All felt rushed and people skills were really non existent. Slightly disappointed I am. Receptionist staff were lovely though

Awful service yet again, this is the second time I’ve came out with a £80+ bill and absolutely no help for my cats to just be fobbed off with a generic excuse and not even check the cats properly (2 different cats on separate occasions) first time was my Sphynx cat which the vet seems to have no idea about the breed, with a upset tummy to be told it was worms, which I found it after it wasn’t, and the treatment I paid for did absolutely nothing, and to also be prescribed flea treatment which I didn’t give to her as she’s obviously bald, to find out from another vets it would of burned her skin. Second occasion my cats fur is coming off in clumps literally bleeding and showing his bare flesh to be told it’s mites, he has absolutely no symptoms of mites my other cats are fine, nothings changed in their routine or the house the past 4 years for him to get mites they’re all indoor also. I told her I don’t believe it is mites and I feel like he’s got a skin condition because I wanted him checked properly, to be told “well if you don’t think he’s got mites then okay” tough basically because she wasn’t doing anything else. she didn’t even check his bald patches properly she looked at one, didn’t check anything else on him and didn’t even tell me what it was till I asked. I’m now having to take him to a new vets and get his skin checked properly before it gets worse! Do not use this vets waste of money and rude staff

My experience with this place is absolutely shocking. We had a puppy only 10 weeks old and his front legs were knuckling and shaking. We took them to this vet's as that's who he was registered with. They took a blood sample which later on that day we got the results from. However, they wasn't sure about the blood sample they took so wanted to take another one. They also wanted to put him hunder anaesthesia and give him an X-ray which is not recommended for a puppy that is 10 weeks old. All they seemed to care about was whether we had insurance or not and to me seemed like they just wanted to get as much money out of us as possible. Anyway, we got another opinion from a highly reputable vets in the area and they didn't want to put a puppy so young under anaesthesia as it poses more risks. Plus, we were informed that his legs could well just get better on it's own. Eventually, the legs have indeed got better on their own and we take him for regular check ups to make sure of this. All of the things companion care wanted to do to our puppy was not necessary what so ever. In our experience and in my opinion I would stay away from these vets.
