Storm is a rescue Staffie from the RSPCA whose had a sad start in life in his early years with the previous owners even cutting off his tail. Storm is a wonderful dog with a lovely temperament who loves people, adults and children alike. Storm has been with us for 6 years now, but he became ill last June 2023 with an unknown virus affecting his red blood cell count making him anaemic, which nearly ended his life. Luckily, we were registered with the St. Georges Veterinary Surgery in Telford, part of the Lockwood Veterinary Group. Storm has been treated every month since then by the Veterinary Staff, the vet Michelle and Veterinary Nurses: Emma, Avril and Bryony with professional care and compassion, even when Storm is not always the ideal patient when he is anxious giving blood and having an injection for acute osteoarthritis. Although that said, he always loves the fuss and attention everyone gives him, to put him at ease. We are well informed at each consultation, and kept well up to date from any results from the Laboratory as soon as the results are known. With course of steroids over the last year is no longer anaemic and is almost back to full recovery. Storm is also a member of the Pet Health Plan which highly recommended for the benefits it offers. We thank everyone at Lockwood Veterinary Group for their kind, veterinary expertise and treatment of Storm. We have no hesitation in recommending St Georges Veterinary Surgery and Lockwood Veterinary Group to any pet owner.

Brilliant vets,we have used for years for our small furries and now our cat sweep, staff are lovely very caring and always go out there way to help. They take time to make every effort to calm and pet our cat before any treatment she actually has a nice bond with Avril and Emma. Waiting area is great as cats and dogs have segregated areas, Highly recommend

Their dedication and consideration made a difficult visit more bearable. Sadly my visit was to euthanise my feline friend of over 20 years but they made it a safe environment that was calming and peaceful for the sad situation. It truly is obvious how much they are motivated in their careers. If you want truly animal loving care providers for your animals. This veterinary surgery is the one to choose. Thank you

Do not recommend to anybody havenβt help at all, all they did was take my money and was willing to put my dog down with out even seeing her, they let my dogβs condition get that bad which resulted in the end having to loose her at such a young age they just fobbed us off after taking her multiple time for the same issue and they did nothing

To Senior Members of Practice What can i say about my experience at your St. Georges Veterinary Practice on Tuesday 11th October, apart from a massive THANK YOU to an amazing team. I had three dogs with me last night, Lili who just wanted to stay and kiss the vet Michele and Avril, Maddie who suffers with anxiety badly and Milo who is so nervous he starts whining as soon as I pull on the car park. Luckily because Avril who is just so super amazing a real credit to your practice knows my dogs well she was on hand to help. What a superstar vet Michele is, her patience is above and beyond and I couldnβt thank her enough for the way she dealt with each dog especially Milo when it took myself and Avril to hold the little bucking kangaroo he was. I also want to say a massive THANK YOU to the amazing Male Vet (very tall) apologies didnβt get your name who dealt with Miloβs eye injury recently, again so considerate to Milo. Finally to Emma, THANK YOU for letting me out the back way for the safety of my dogs when i asked if possible. Milo just wanted to go and trust me he didnβt stop pulling me until he had jumped into his car seat. Heβs definitely the little monkey of the group. Due to the amazing team of Vets and Veterinary Nurses you employ at St. Georges a big heart felt THANK YOU for everything they do, ONE TRULY AMAZING TEAM YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF. They are all a true credit to your company.
