   Mr Rosario Giorgianni known as "Ross" is the Best Vet I have ever come across in the 26 years at Fallings Park I have been a Client. He is compassionate caring, knowledgeable, patient and professional. The receptionists tell me, after forcing them through encouragement, that he is just a temporary Locum. You really should make him permanent before you lose him, and other Clients to a rival practice. He is exactly what Carmel Vets Clients need!

   Not very friendly, respectful or caring! Firstly wasn’t made aware of what I was paying for and how much it would be, I was under the impression of going for an £80 checkup up, ended up paying £115 for restart vaccination. Vet wasn’t very nice, forced and dropped my cat out the carry box as she was scared, handled her without any care forced her down and before I knew what was happening needle was jabbed in her shoulders. And then was told at the end what I had done and how much it will be. I’m no longer gonna go here again I will find somewhere else as I am not happy with this!

   I have read some things about this practise and have seen a bug change over the past few months. Ross is a brilliant vet and is very attentive to the animals and customer. It was lovely that he remembered us from a visit a few months ago. There has been alot of staff changes and I do think they have made a big difference to the practice. The reception looked and smelt cleaner than before. Very friendly receptionist ready with our appointment for next year! The nurse Helen very friendly and welcoming.

   I recently visited Carmel Vets in Falling Park with my pet, and I found the experience to be quite positive. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which helped put both me and my pet at ease. The veterinarian took the time to explain the examination process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciated their willingness to discuss various treatment options without pressuring me into any decisions. The clinic itself was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long for our appointment. I also liked that they offered a range of services, from routine check-ups to more specialized care. Overall, I felt that my pet received good attention and care during our visit, and I would consider returning for future veterinary needs.

   Excellent vets. I have been taking my hamsters here for many years. It can be difficult to find a vet who has experience with hamsters, but Lisa is very knowledgeable of rodents. Lisa recently removed a lump from my tiny Russian Dwarf's side and she has recovered really well. Daisy had regular check-ups with the veterinary nurses after her operation and they were all really friendly and caring. I would 100% recommend.

   I am not happy about their service. They refusing to give a prescription or medicines to a pet! They are putting to risk my cat! They are not reliable not sincere people. One of my cats is in continues pain because of them. The other has medicines for life but they doesn't want to give them without seeing her. I have spend all my money there and have nothing back. No compassion at all!!! Don't go there. Not recommended. They don't care about your pet, they care about money!!!!

   My beautiful dog Bella has a long standing problem. Unfortunately the vet that found a treatment that works for her retired and it is worrying that a new vet won’t t understand. I had to take her as her symptoms had got worse and I found a very caring vet who provided me with options. She however listened to what I know works for her and has hopefully got her on the road to recovery. Thank you Carmel
