   There are 2 vets here that we have seen so far for our new kitten who are really good with him and patient with him. But there is 1 that seemed nervous an unsure. For this reason me an my partner only want to request the vets hes seen that we are happy with. We want to be confident that we are leaving our kitten in capable/ experienced hands. And 1 of the vets here doesnt seem very experienced.

   I arrived at the vet 6 minutes late for a health check appointment that was scheduled to last around 45 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told we were 10 minutes late and that the vet had other appointments—despite having been previously informed that ours was the final slot of the day. The staff member who greeted us was noticeably unfriendly from the outset. She later returned to say the vet was now seeing another patient and would no longer be available during the time originally allocated to us. I was told I’d need to rebook. This experience was a stark contrast to the consistently excellent service I’ve received in the past. The team has always been warm and professional, which makes today’s interaction all the more disappointing. Unfortunately, it was clear from the moment we walked in that this particular staff member wasn’t in the mood to help

   Hednesford practice always friendly and helpful. Moved from another local vets due to medication error. Kathryn has always been professional, helpful, friendly and compassionate would definetly recommend this practice.

   The treatment of our pets is good. But we order out prescriptions online. Lockwoods now charge £26 pounds for a written prescription. Yes that's £26 for a piece of paper. That's pretty scandalous and the reason why they only get a 3

   If it wasn't for Lockwood. I've had nowhere at all to put my dog after she died very traumatically at home through another vets terrible professionalism. Iam beyond grateful and wish I took my dog here first even though it may of costed a bit more. Thank you.

   All the staff are wonderful,very helpful whenever we go in or phone for tablets etc,niomi who was on reception when we went in was very professional,she went through our pet plan and explained everything to us.

   I’m really happy to have such a great vets close to us. Vet Nathan is brilliant and Siobhan and all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Place is always clean too :) our Cooper loves coming to see them!

   I have been worried for a few days about cat Shelby being poorly after eating. I phone for some advice, brought him for a check up. Where he was given some anti sickness medicine. Nothing too much trouble caring vet lots of advice and help. I couldn’t make the first appointment as Shelby didn’t fancy going in his carrier. But no problem just rebooked. Shelby is loads better now, so I can’t be happier. Great vets been coming for years.
