   My 5 month old puppy had surgery to fix cherry eye yesterday. All of the staff here and at other branch are really helpful and kind. Sirius was treated really well and I’m confident they will take good care of him and my other dog should they need treatment again

   Took my cat burt for his vacation the vet was friendly so professional she explained everything to us checked burt all over put him at ease which is no easy to do with a cat very clean and tidy waiting area and the receptionist was very friendly to overall a great experience for burt and myself thankyou

   Took my dog as he ran into a gate with a metal rusty spike that had stabbed him in his side by about 3inches, it was cleaned and stapled back up no anti bionics was given and 3 days later of course is was infected so went back had that many tablets to give him he wasn't getting no better and was getting worse went into an abcess and me and my partner had to carry him (37kg) Into the car he was lifeless then he stayed in the day on a drip and got a call off the vet himself (a spanish guy sure I can get his name on my dogs vet bills) to say buster was acting more himself and its looking good and can come home that evening.. within 3minutes later a call back to talk about putting him to sleep they had found a mass but didn't know what is was and that evening I had ro say goodbye to him really felt like so think wasn't right and why no antibiotics???? Although reception staff are lovely I was not happy with this vet

   Always had the most compassionate professional experience with all our pets. Unfortunately today we were dealt with by Helen and after reading previous reviews we aren’t alone in how we have been made to feel by her terrible belittling attitude.

   All my pets love them. Whenever we go with our dog todd he can't wait to go. Charlie said his final goodbye, but I could see he was restful and was treated with such tenderness. They allowed us all to say goodbye with so much compassion. We can't say thank you enough x
