   Enric and Harrison are fantastic and so are all the team I’ve ever had contact with at Medivet Twickenham. Calm, friendly and perfect for my nervous cat! The practice is easy to get too and if you can’t get parked up outside there are spaces on side roads nearby. I thoroughly recommend Eric and the practice.

   I went to Whitton Medivets, where they were very welcoming. They genuinely care about the animals and explain everything well. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment, and they were so polite and friendly. They were so lovely to my nervous cat and didn't rush anything. I will always go to medivet, I trust them completely.

   We went to Twickenham as our local Teddington one wasn't available for the treatment we needed at the time; and gosh am I glad we did. Such a different experience from Teddington Medivet. Enric cared for our pooch above and beyond, did not raise his voice, change tone and seemingly become angry at us (like happened at Teddington) when we discussed our concerns with various so called ''preventative'' animal medications. All FOH and BOH team were exceptionally friendly, caring, helpful and didn't try to up-sell us stuff we didn't need or have a go at us for feeding raw. They were also very helpful and understanding with navigating our pet insurance. Enric and the team explained aftercare in great detail and we left feeling confident and heard - also did excellent suturing on my pooch. Can't thank you all enough :)

   If I could leave 10 stars, I would. The care, empathy and compassion by Enric and the team is nothing I have experienced in London before (in years!). I have been updated on my dog's tests results and reassured over the phone and in person, allowing space to ask and discuss the next steps. Every bit of information given was clear and to the point. I felt my dog was in very good hands. I have alternative vet options closer to my place but I will stick to this practice for as long as they'll have us. Also, might seem trivial but the practice displays a bunch of 'Thank You' cards from their clients and I had never seen anything like this, showing as much love for a team. Congratulations on job very well done.

   My dog has been using this vet for years. They are simply amazing. Dr. Enric is top of his field with a whole Master Degree and he is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is kind to you and deeply cares about his patients. I have seen him during the years staying late way over the 6pm closure to look after pets. My dog had to be hospitalised and you know the worry we get, so Enric called me few times in the day to give me updates.. here not only you can rest assured they will be in the best hands possible but they will treat your pet as it is their own. During the night I spoke with Dani from Richmond hospital and she not only reassured me on everything but she was super empathetic, caring and she updated me on everything, making me feel so much better! Thank you Dani. I was also told that Enric went to the hospital there just to check how my little one was doing…that is such a lovely thing to do!They are not the cheapest but you always get what you pay for and using this vet you will know you are giving your pet a 5 star care. Thank you DR Enric, the doctors in the veterinary hospital in Richmond and all the staff. Continue to do the outstanding job you do everyday! We need more people like you all in this world!

   All the staff at Medivet Twickenham are amazing! We've been taking our 1 year old pup Igi there since we got her, and have always experienced brilliant care and service. We love all the vets, and are so grateful that they're always so thorough in their assessment of Igi, and really gentle and caring towards her. Tonight, Michelle went above & beyond to call and check in to see how Igi was doing 2 days after she saw her. I felt really touched by this level of care, and really appreciated her going the extra mile!

   Vet Enric and his team are fantastic. They - and their predecessors - have taken great care of our beloved Jack Russell Jacob for the whole of his life. Sadly we had to let him go at the start of 2021. Even so I cannot praise this vet practise more highly. Everyone working there is helpful, builds caring relationships with the 'patients' and their human families and they all clearly love animals. Enric is very kind. He always kept us up-to-date with any tests, procedures and medication for Jacob and was happy to catch up on the phone if we had any concerns. He also took time to get to know Jacob, as he was very nervous at the vets. And all the staff did the same. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe pair of hands for their family pet.
