   Goddards Gidea Park is a great vet practice- I have been taking our dog and now- our cat to Richard for the past 12 years! Richard in particular make this practice what it is -he has always been kind and attentive, going over and beyond to accommodate our needs. Having continuity of care by the same vet who is also competent and personable is invaluable! I can not recommend Richard enough!

   Richard has been our vet from the start. We have had our dog for about 10 years and being a rescue dog he comes with his own set of 'quirks'. Richard and the wider team always fully appreciate this situation and are sympathetic and accommodating to his needs, always making him & us feel reassured. Richard takes the time to fully explain any treatments needed and they are always in the best interests of our pet. You can tell that he loves his job and the animals that he cares for. We couldn't ask for a better vet. We know that when needed, Rudi is in the safest of hands. Would thoroughly recommend Goddards at Gidea Park every time.

   We’ve had our dog for over 11 years now, and Richard has been our vet from day one. He’s always been absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely caring. No matter what the situation is, Richard takes the time to explain everything clearly and always gives honest, practical advice that puts both us and our dog at ease. He has such a calm and friendly manner, and you can tell he really loves what he does. Our dog actually enjoys going to the vet (which says a lot!). The whole team at the clinic is great, but Richard really stands out for his professionalism and kindness. Couldn’t recommend him more highly — we feel so lucky to have had him looking after our dog all these years!

   I had an amazing experience with the vet practice, specifically with Dr. Richard, who treated my cat with the utmost care and professionalism. I cannot speak highly enough of him and the entire team at this practice. Richard is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced vet, with nearly 20 years of experience. He is so down to earth and has an amazing relaxing manner that instantly put me and my cat at ease. He took the time to explain everything to me, and I never felt rushed or like he was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. Richard performed surgery on my cat, and I was blown away by how well he did with the stitches. Even better, my cat had zoomies the first night after his neutering, but the stitches stayed put and healed beautifully. Overall, I highly recommend this vet practice, and Dr. Richard in particular, for anyone looking for a top-notch veterinary experience. They truly go above and beyond to provide exceptional care and treatment for your furry family members. Five stars all around!

   Today we took our new cat, Benny, to this veterinary practice, which we have not used before. We found the Vet extremely helpful friendly and caring. Full explanation given re the injections and treatment required. Also about the correct food to be given. Going back in 3 weeks for next injection, and we feel very reassured we have chosen an excellent Veterinary practice. The receptionist was polite and helpful and explained what we needed to know extremely well. Would definitely recommend

   Feel really lucky that fate meant my normal vet couldn't fit me in today and I ended up seeing Richard with my poorly dog today. Patient, thorough, friendly and helpful.
