“We use the vets practice at this branch vets for pets. All I can say is they are unbelievable. My dog was in real trouble, we got an emergency appointment at 1.am they took him in for 4 days fixed him up and now hes as good as new. They kept us updated every step of the way. They showed us such great empathy and treated our dog fantastic. Cannot praise them enough.”

“The staff was exceptional during one of the toughest moments I've had to go through. I can only thank them for being kind, caring and all around great. Edit: I just got home and found a card from them, giving their condolences and a bag of poppy seeds to spread in her memory. It's a small gesture, but it means the world. “A world away from the terrible service I've had at lloyds pharmacy collier row. Been using day lewis for 3 months now and every time my medication is on time and correct, workers actually have a smile and are happy to help ( unlike lloyds ) and they have an app where you can re order your prescription so no more phone calls needed! Brilliant pharmacy all in all. Highly recommended if you are fed up of lloyds”

“I have been using the pharmacy for a number of years for my repeat prescription. It is always ready with 24 hours of the GP sending it across. My father has now started using this pharmacy after his previous one would often take ages to get his medication ready which caused a lot of stress. He is amazed at how quick and efficient they are. I use the dispensing point to collect our medications which means I can collect at a time suitable for me. We also get our flu jabs here. It’s a walk in service and never have waited longer than 5 minutes. Staff are helpful and friendly.”

“I was unable to get a certain drug from our normal pharmacy and telephoned Tesco Pharmacy, I spoke to the Pharmacist who was most helpful, checked and confirmed he had the drug in stock, held it for me until I drove to the Pharmacy, it was waiting for me when I arrived, I cannot praise the service I received any higher they gave the best service I have ever received. Thank you for your help.”

“I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”

They’ve shown real care and gentleness towards my dog, especially considering how anxious she’s become about vet visits.
