this pharmacy only the name is good but constantly when I need some medicine they don't have it in stock. Plus you have to wait a long time to be served. what I recommend is to go to Clockhouse pharmacy 50m further up the hill.

Only giving one star because I can't give a minus, stopped doing repeat prescriptions and didn't actually tell thier customers, prescriptions not ready so a 30 min wait while it's made up even though they have had it for 24rs from the doctor, and short on certain meds because they haven't got enough, will be using one of the other pharmacies in collier row in future

One of the worst pharmacies in Romford, totally rude, poor communication skills and they donβt answer their phone at all - they stand there and let it ring out every single time. I requested my medication which is controlled on 07/02/24 - they gave me 8 tablets and said the rest would be available in two weeks. I tried to call numerous times and there was no answer, this was on multiple occasions. When I went in the staff didnβt know but handed over a message, the following week I went in they said 28 days had passed and so the prescription was no longer valid. They had not contacted me once to inform me that would be the case. I have been without my necessary daily medication since 15/02/24. The woman behind the counter was even smiling when I said I wanted to make a complaint - she seemed bemused by my frustration. I was given no contact details to make a complaint, no email or anything - just the same number they donβt answer. The guy even acknowledged they donβt answer the phone throughout the weekend and said they would try to pick up calls in the week. They are operating in an unsafe way and shouldnβt be able to dispense mediation if they donβt have staff adequately trained to do so. The staff lacked professionalism, knowledge and empathy. Truly shameful service. Boots has gone down massively in my opinion and I have changed my nominated pharmacy. Another women in the store did the same thing and said she was having similar issues.

Never have scripts ready, waited today for 25 minutes in a queue to be told the script they have had for two days will be another 20/25 minutes to prepare. I have this every month, they never answer the phones so you can't even call to find out if script is there or ready to save the painful walk down to check. Gone very down hill. They need more staff.

Was trying to find a flu shot, these were my fourth pharmacy I tried. A little annoying that I had to go home and book online, come back the next day, but they beat all the others, who were just plain disorganised.....

Older lady constantly complaining, she has to go to the cupboard for orders and will say there isn't stock out back when they keep it out back and only display one at a time ( baby milk ) I have noticed most boot i go to boots the staff are awful rude and overly opinionated . Such a Shame as I do love boots but if I'm not treated the way I should be as a customer I won't spend my money there . This is the case in romford brewery and Dagenham heath way I've been to all of them . Maybe that's why they are contemplating selling the entire company.

Came in to correct my daughters prescription. I was patient when there was a que, I was patient when the system went down. The reason for the low review is because when I enquired about a rough time frame to wait as others whom appeared to come after me when the older woman who did not wear her mask correctly (very grey/old blond hair colouring, typical Karen hair cut ) snapped and said thereβs a que wait. Thereβs no need to speak to people in that matter especially when customers are just asking for a rough time frame politely. The other pharmacists were perfectly polite and cordial
