“We use the vets practice at this branch vets for pets. All I can say is they are unbelievable. My dog was in real trouble, we got an emergency appointment at 1.am they took him in for 4 days fixed him up and now hes as good as new. They kept us updated every step of the way. They showed us such great empathy and treated our dog fantastic. Cannot praise them enough.”

“Just back from GroomRoom (Rom Valley Way) and Murphy's (1yr old GoldenIrish) first grooming session with them. Layla couldn't have been more welcoming to Murphy, he keenly went with her and when I snuck back towards the end of the session to take a peek on progress he was calm and evidently enjoying the pamper of a blow-dry”

“Easy for to get to by 62 bus stops nearby and train station staff very helpful had a good continental breakfast and a cooked breakfast the next day cook was so helpful ,gluten free bread and museli was available on. Request So much better than liberty bell never got breakfasts often had to get food from the tesco”

Katie at K9 has been an absolute star, especially since Dylan has been in poor health over recent months. I feel like he is with someone who genuinely cares about him and Katie's flexibility in looking after him has meant I can go to work reassured that he is being looked after properly- a real weight off my mind. “Just like any other Travelodge. This one is a short walk from Romford Underground. If you want to venture out for food and drink it's situated near quite a few pubs and restaurants, so spoilt for choice . The staff were so friendly. Will definitely stop again”

“Update: After my elderly baby Poppy stayed here over the years I would only trust Louise. My two kittens have just had a two week holiday here and were looked after so well. I wouldn’t go on holiday unless Louise had availability. Thank you for taking such good care of my babies x I found it really hard to choose a place to board my cat but upon meeting the owners of Oakland’s and seeing the accommodation I felt instantly at ease. The rooms for the cats are absolutely lovely and spotless. The family running this establishment are such lovely welcoming people. My cat Poppy spent two weeks here and came home looking so happy and healthy. I was sent regular picture updates which was such a nice gesture. I absolutely cannot recommend Oakland’s enough.
