“Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. She provided us with regular updates and photos and it was a home from home for them. Jenny and Simone are looking forward to staying at Sleepy Burrows again soon!”

“It managed to meet my expectations. The room was okay, the view could be better, but it's not a big deal. Breakfast was a little bit crowded, but delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is not very close to the city center, but manageable. Overall it was a good price-value hotel in London, highly recommended.”

“Amazing for the price that was paid. Very warm, and welcome from the host. Walls seemed a bit thin but that didn't take away from the experience. Was pleased with the features on offer, ironing board and iron was not expected, but was there hanging on the wall. Shower not working well, but still worked, and sink filled up very quickly. Although there was some issues it wouldn't stop me returning.”

“Took a chance which was well founded. Took a small single room for Saturday night. Had every thing you could want. 2 pillows, fan, bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Bathroom had bath and hand shower. Water hot and everything worked. All white decor, clean and tidy. Quiet room at the back of the hotel. Dinning room/bar is plain but breakfast good overlooking the street and service attentive. Loads of car parking. Very pleased.”

“Easy for to get to by 62 bus stops nearby and train station staff very helpful had a good continental breakfast and a cooked breakfast the next day cook was so helpful ,gluten free bread and museli was available on. Request So much better than liberty bell never got breakfasts often had to get food from the tesco”

“My room was fine for a budget hotel. However, the staff was just excellent. They truly cared for my experience and did all they could to accomodate my needs. One day I left some food on my tablea. When they came to clean and saw the food, they brought in a fridge for me to use (without any request from my side). I was so surprised to come back to my room in the evening and find a fridge in it :D The hotel is close to Stratford station, which is very well communicated with all parts of London that I visited during my stay.”

“Just like any other Travelodge. This one is a short walk from Romford Underground. If you want to venture out for food and drink it's situated near quite a few pubs and restaurants, so spoilt for choice . The staff were so friendly. Will definitely stop again”

“Krishna on reception is such a helpful and friendly guy, I stay here a lot, the free breakfast it’s great, rooms are comfy and it’s only a few mins walk to the town and train station . But honestly I love seeing this guy and all the other reception staff we always have a good laugh and my room is always ready for me. Thanks again Krishna mate see you soon”

“If you are looking for a great, safe and secure hotel to stay in, then I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel is the ONE to book for!! I myself have stayed in Newham Hotel for around or more than 12 nights, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. If I was financially stable, I would have happily stayed for a much longer term. My room was in great condition, service from cleaners are also good and they also provide breakfast in the mornings which is a bonus compared to many other hotels that do not. Receptionist - I have two of the best people, Pradeep and mainly Jaskirat (hope I for the names spelt correctly). They are always there when it comes to the guest needs, general conversations in showing careness, assisting or providing further service if needed, if and when possible. They both are excellent at their job role. But to me, Jaskirat is a excellent worker, not just as a receptionist, but also doing his absolute best in managing the hotel with professionalism. Keeping a high standard & a great reputation for the Hotel, as well as maintaining his work professionalism towards the guests in keeping them happy/satisfied in any positive assistance he provides. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotelseriously hope I get to visit this Hotel again soon. And when I do, I hope to see you BOTH! Thanks for the great service!!”

Since going he has completely come out his shell with people and dogs he’s a completely different dog. Thank you to all the team I would highly recommend this doggy day care.”

“Our dog stayed here for the first time this summer having never stayed in a kennels before she went in a little nervous but on picking her up you could see she was very comfortable with the staff and her surroundings. The staff were great they all knew her characteristics and behaviours and described her to a tee. They are all very caring and I can tell she's had plenty of regular exercise whilst away and has been very well cared for. Wouldn't hesitate rebooking her here again. “I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”
