The room is nice and clean, plus the bathroom looks brand new. Cleaners came every day to change towels (a couple of days I decided to ask them not to enter so it wouldn't be done). The complimentary teas and coffee were nice, plus the electric kettle. I wish at least one of the outlets was universal or came with adapters, because I had forgotten mine and had to buy one. There were a few outlets and USB ports on a dongle over the desk, I hoped it would have at least the European standard, but sadly it did not. I also noticed two very minor downsides: 1. The window sealing could be better, some of the rubber was not properly attached, and thus some of the winter cold would creep in unless we also closed the curtains. Honestly nothing too relevant, and the heating unit was able to compensate for it with no issues. 2. The lift sometimes would take ages to come, which wouldn't be a problem on most days because it is a 3-story building and the stairs were good, but the two times I had to go down with luggage, waiting longer than 5 minutes felt off. Not sure what was the cause and where it was stopped because at least on the 3rd floor there was no screen showing where the lift was. The food and drinks menu was good and not too pricey. The food was fresh and tasty, and the draft beer options were sufficient (but could be improved with a couple of extra options, like Guinness and London Pride). The highlight though is really the location. A short walk to Stratford Station where the most important lines go through (or leave from). You can take the Elizabeth to Heathrow, the Central to Central London and the touristy part of the city, the Jubilee to Wembley, or the DLR to Canary Wharf. And if you have a lot of bags, the Maryland station is even closer and the train to Heathrow stops there too. The location also helps with cheap and diverse food options for dinner, as there are two malls around the station and they have plenty of food options.

Extremely poor staff conduct. My family stayed at this hotel over Christmas while visiting London. Unfortunately, they experienced a very unpleasant incident, a woman speaking Polish was on the phone and repeatedly spraying a strong deodorant, which caused my father to feed nauseous and develop a headache. If it weren't for this situation, my family would've had a great stay. It's especially disappointing because the food was excellent and the location is fantastic. I'm giving only 1 star, as this kind of behavior should not be acceptable in a hotel.

Stayed in a twin room and it was less than Β£70 for the night. Room was great - no complaints at all. Expected to pay much more considering this quality and the convenience for ABBA Voyage. Recommended.

I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they preparedβ€”it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!

Fabulous hotel, Fabulous team, Fabulous location for our trip to see ABBA Voyage. Rooms were clean & modern, team were excellent.... special mention for the wonderful Tatiana!!!!! She made our trip so wonderful. Breakfast was so nice & hot too. Everyone is friendly and nothing is too much trouble, they are busy but they manage and do not get flustered. You can tell the team enjoy what they do. Hospitality is 100% excellent value for money. Stayed at Travelodge last time in Stratford, no where near as professional & friendly as the Ibis. Thank you all for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We will be back xx

Extremely lovely stuff especially staff on the reception. I was so tired and they gave me a beautiful clean room before the check in time. Apples and coffee were complementary and it was so nice. Breakfast was so good too. I’m absolutely happy about my choice and it is really great way to start your travel

I was pleasantly surprised having not stayed at an Ibis since the days of bunkbeds. Staff were very pleasant, the room was a good size and the bed was conformable. Shower was large with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was well presented with good options. Happy to recommend. I will be staying again

Decent hotel with fairly good price for the rooms that are available. The staff were friendly and helpful and available for pretty much the whole of our stay. My main complaint about the hotel was the noise and the lack of a mini fridge in the room which somewhat forces you to use the hotels facilities for food and drink. The noise levels really aren't great as you can pretty much hear everything from the road outside and from people coming past the your room in the hallway which is a bit irritating. The closeness to the train station and the main shopping centre was pretty handy though.
