The deer are remarkably friendly and come right up to the fence, providing an unforgettable experience, especially for children. The park is generally very accessible, with good walking paths and facilities, and the staff on site are incredibly friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. A very positive aspect of the park is that obtaining animal feed to give to the deer is very reasonably priced.”

“Frankie is amazing! Exactly as I wanted! Frankie took care with the beard trim and asked me if I wanted it shorter which I did just a bit since my beard grows quickly. She’s also just a lovely person, welcoming and clean/modern barbers place which made the whole thing just a pleasant experience. Will definitely be coming back when needed! I feel like it’s difficult to get the right fade I’m looking for with my beard since most barbers would trim my beard too much losing its thickness but I’m glad I made the right decision to go here!”

“I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”

They were extremely professional and responsive in placing the order and coordinating with our catering company to deliver and recollect. Brad even delivered the leftover after the event to a different Majestic store so we could more easily collect it!”

“What a lovely place. From first booking our afternoon tea to arriving, Kelly was great. Our groups food intolerances were catered for extremely well & everyone enjoyed a delicious & plentiful afternoon tea. We had lovely fresh sandwiches, warm soft scones, not dry or crumbly & a large variety of delicious cakes all served in authentic crockery, a nice touch. Even our dog was welcomed just as much as we were. We had to take our leftovers home as we couldn't finish all of the delicious cakes, a welcomed treat later on. Thank you to Kelly & Eastbrookend tea rooms for a lovely afternoon tea. We'll be back & would recommend!”

It was an easy process from the initial home visit by Richard then the drawings, any amendments and the subsequent delivery. I liked the fact I could go to the showroom with any issues and they were able to deal with it there and then. Friendly staff, easy to communicate with.
