“I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”

“The gentlest dental hygienist I've experienced! Sarah is very professional and knowledgeable while still polite and gentle. The atmosphere at the clinic was warm and welcoming. Sarah put us at easy from the start. Lara (the dental nurse) was very attentive and great at reducing any minor discomfort during treatment. I was initially concerned about taking my sensitive teen son to a new hygienist but Sarah handled him so well - talking him through what she'll do and checking with him frequently giving him a break if he needed it. He tolerated the treatment so well and his attitude to dental appointments has certainly improved for the better since this experience. He got plenty of helpful practical advice and a demo on how to keep his teeth clean and healthy in a language he could understand rather than being told off for not brushing enough which has been our previous experience at other clinics. We've just attended for his second appointment with Sarah a year after his first one and he had very little build up so it seems he has picked up the advice from the first time. This time I sat in the chair as well and must say this has been the gentlest, least uncomfortable while still just as efficient dental clean I've had. Love the perfectly smooth, glass like feeling of my teeth without gum irritation or any other soreness around my mouth. I would gladly recommend Sarah to anyone.”

“After being probably one of the most nervous patient’s they have I can honestly say this practice and their staff are fantastic. So understanding and always have your best interest at heart. After having Henri as my dentist for many years I totally freaked out when he said he was retiring! But I need not have worried Paul who took over from Henry is fantastic. He explained every step of the way what he is doing and doesn’t rush. I would highly recommend this practice especially if like me you dread going. From the lovely reception staff until to the time you leave they are very professional in every aspect.”

I could not have been looked after better by Rohin and his dental nurse. They are an exceptionally professional team at all times. “By far the best dentist. I called 111 due to my son having a sensitive tooth & in lots of pain. Got an emergency appointment and from the minute we arrived everyone was fantastic! The receptionist with blonde hair was such a lovely lady & very welcoming. All the staff were so attentive & made my son feel so relaxed. All of the Dentists are experts in their own fields with exceptional skills, knowledge & care towards their patients at all times. “Dr Lakhandeep S Dhanda and assistant Sophia. July 25 visit. Dr Dhanda was amazing honest and transparent from the first visit. My consultation was valuable. He answered all my questions. On the 2nd visit I had my treatment. (Composite Bonding). He listened to everything and paid attention to my suggestions. Results were amazing. “I was referred to this place to have teeth removed under sedation . Omg the service is so professional . Friendly staff and they was so quick to I was surprised was seen a 9 out and In the cab at 10 could not believe how quick they was, I don't remember all the staff that served me but one of the nurses was called Jo (not sure if I have the correct spelling) but she was so amazing I felt really relaxed . “I have been a patient at St John's for around 30 years and have always been pleased with the service they provide. I had problems with my Google account and will repost what I wrote some time ago! I have been meaning to write a review for a while now, and finally got round to it. I had a lot of problems with one of my back teeth which necessitated root canal treatment. Catherine, who carried out the procedure, could not have done a better job if she had tried! Obviously, this treatment is long and involved but Catherine took her time and did all she could to keep discomfort to a minimum. To be honest, no dentist could have done a better job. I would also like to point out that Catherine has looked after my teeth for years now and ALWAYS works to this exemplary standard - she puts her patients first! I would also like to commend the rest of the staff. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice!”
