   Highly recommend this practice. As someone who struggles to cope with dental treatment, over the years I've found this practice professional but all staff are also friendly and welcoming. Today it was a tooth extraction by Hilary assisted by Ineta. Both dentist and dental nurse did their best to calm my nerves and Hilary explained the process as we went along, which i found reassuring. An unpleasant job done as best as it could be..thoroughly professional and caring throughout.

   I can’t express how happy I am with my teeth since attending this dental practice. Hilary was recommended to me by two different people when I was on the look out for a new dentist and without a doubt I’ll be recommending her to everyone I meet too. I’ve never felt so looked after and cared for by a dentist before. Safe to say, I’ve found my dentist for life. Thank you so much Hilary!

   My dentist Paul and dental nurse Grace are the dream team. I needed treatment today, and as someone who doesn’t like dental visits, they made me feel very reassured and comfortable. Paul communicated everything to me and took great care which made the whole experience much easier. Grace was so kind and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

   After being probably one of the most nervous patient’s they have I can honestly say this practice and their staff are fantastic. So understanding and always have your best interest at heart. After having Henri as my dentist for many years I totally freaked out when he said he was retiring! But I need not have worried Paul who took over from Henry is fantastic. He explained every step of the way what he is doing and doesn’t rush. I would highly recommend this practice especially if like me you dread going. From the lovely reception staff until to the time you leave they are very professional in every aspect.

   Always a wonderful visit to the most amazing dentist Alan! Absolutely love him! He is so gentle with the children and takes his time with them. He is also very good at educating and supporting the nurses with him which is super sweet. Grace out nurse today was lovely too. Thank you both for making the girls feel so comfortable.

He was very grateful for their time and was very impressed with their professionalism and ability to put their patients at ease. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming - thank you to Sarah on the main desk. "A final big thank you to Nicola for having a reduced lunch break so my treatment could be completed".

   WOW WOW WOW! I had extreme dental pain overnight. I called and spoke to the team at 08:00 and was given an emergency appointment with Dr Alan! On the same day I had a root canal done. I have never had such a wonderful (I know) experience with any dentist! I was kept at ease throughout and I left the consultation room smiling! Job done to the most professional level I have experienced! Thank you so much!

   I love this place, they always put me at ease and I trust their expertise implicit. Today I saw Henry and his wing person was Nicola, Nicola was very bright and chatty and took my mind off the fact I was having a filling.    Have been with St.John's for about 30 years and have always had first class dentistry treatment from Henry who has always given me realistic, honest advice about any treatments I might need. All the dental nurses and receptionists have been friendly, helpful and courteous. Especially Karen who I have known for years, Christina too who took time yesterday to explain some paperwork. Overall first class dentistry and customer service. Well done!
