I went with my daughter to put her braces last year in 19th July and yesterday ( 15th.11.2025) done!!! Only one year and few month and her teeth are amazing.I cannot thank you enough to Dr. Svetlana Lemtyugina.so profesional,clean, friendly,made my daughter very confortable and relaxed all the time. Doctor Ugne is the best specialist. After bad experiences, I can finally say that I found a good doctor and a good clinic with excellent staff. Doctor Ugne and her assistant Sandra are the best. The lady at the reception is super nice, always speaks nicely and explained to me every time I needed an appointment. A very good clinic, I especially recommend Doctor Ugne. Thank you all!
visited the UK Smiles clinic in Romford and saw Dr. Spasov regarding an issue with my wisdom tooth and gum. He told me that the wisdom tooth was broken, although I had no pain in the tooth itself. I clearly stated that I wanted the tooth to be extracted, but despite that, he placed a filling instead. Once the anesthesia wore off, the tooth started to hurt badly, but I thought it might be normal. I had to take painkillers, and later the pain became even more serious – despite the fact that I had paid £210 including the X-ray. When I contacted Dr. Spasov afterward, he began to claim that he hadn’t treated the wisdom tooth, but another tooth – even though we had discussed the wisdom tooth throughout the entire appointment. I feel misled and manipulated. I was left deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, clarity, and communication. Every patient deserves attention, respect, and transparency in their treatment – not to feel like a bank card. I was also surprised when I was told to contact the doctor or the nurse directly, instead of going through the reception. This felt unprofessional and further added to the lack of clarity and transparency in communication.
Doctor Petar Spasov and the nurse were amazing, i was soo scared to go dentist as i have fobia from needles and very low tolerance to pain but they treated me very well and i didnt feel any pain trough the whole filling manipulation. Highly recommend, and very happy that such good dentists exist
The worst dentist experience I have ever had. First of all, the prices are ridiculous. Just a teeth removal costed £350. Secondly, the attitude to the patient is not the best - not careful in the process of work at all.
Because of UK Smiles Dentist Practice I am no longer afraid of dentists ! Everyone is super professional and whenever I go there I know I am in the best hands :) I highly recommend this practice.
Went there to have my teeth straightening journey. Everything was great, the place is very clean and the receptionist always greeted me with a smile, all of the staff seemed really kind and professional. My orthodontist Svetlana was really gentle and made sure I did not feel any discomfort. Visits were smooth, fast and in the end I got a lot of really great advices on taking care of my teeth.
AVOID THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! Dr Vitalija Pakeniene - this woman called herself a doctor but she is so unprofessional in extracting teeth and she knows nothing about dental implants. she made me feel scared for my life. I wanted to call emergency when I was there. I felt so terrible for 1 HOUR OF EXTRACTING ONE TOOTH THAT SHE STILL DIDN'T EXTRACT FULLY AND LEFT ROOTS PIECES INSIDE!!! During this process she cut her own finger with the instrument in my mouth and spoiled my sweater with blood. She was insecure and reassured herself to continue doing extraction. I am still shocked. She also shouted at her nurse Tatiana and was nervous the whole time. (nurses were nice there though) In the beginning Vitalija also tried to calm me down because I was a bit worried of how anesthesia would go and how my body would react. After doing anesthesia she asked me something like “you didn't die, did you? you see”. Thanks it was very “reassuring”!!! I felt severe pain and had to take serious painkillers for more than a week and she said it's ok. So for her it was ok that the patient is in severe pain and taking codeine. After some drama that she performed telling me, “I am not a good doctor don't deal with me” I asked them to help me and send me to another doctor. Another doctor in uksmiles Stratford removed the parts of roots. That doctor tried to start surgical extraction in gloves which he previously used by typing some text on PC keyboard and after using his own phone. So I asked him to change gloves before he would started the operation and he said that the most dirty place was MY MOUTH there. After removing roots I have been in pain ever since. I am not sure they extracted everything. I am so frustrated. I have no more words to say. Save your health!!!DON'T GO TO THIS RUBBISH!!!
