“M & S Food is located opposite Upminster Railway station with easy access to the ground floor and access for wheelchairs. The rear access has a lift that takes you to the ground floor - wheelchair friendly. Has limited on-site parking but check the parking conditions for payment. Behind M & S there's a separate carpark I think Rooms department store owns, again check the carpark conditions for payment which is affordable for the area. M & S food there's a good choice from the classic item to something special and affordable compared to other food shops of it's type. On many visits I always receive great service and it's a pleasure to shop in the store.”

“This is a family run restaurant. It’s been going for a long long time. . When we lived in Upminster we were frequent visitors and on a return visit we were excited to go back after 7 years. The food was as excellent as it always had been. One of our party was vegetarian and instead of being an after thought on the menu she was told everything came as a vegetarian option. I had forgotten how great they are on vegetable dishes, everything tastes and is recognisable as what it is. I love this consistently great restaurant. I would say we had visited 100 times before moving away and never had a bad meal. Delighted to return and find it hasn’t changed. I’ve literally been dreaming about the meal we had.”

“I have the worst phobia of dentists, have done since I was young, to the point where I would have panic attacks. But since discovering sunny smiles my phobia is no more. I used to get terribly anxiety before an appointment but not anymore doesn’t phase me what so ever, and this is due to Anita. Who is easily one of the best in her field. Non judgmental, kind, compassionate caring, as are all the nurses too. Really can’t rate this place high enough.”

“Words cannot express how overwhelmed I am right now. I got married this weekend and both the jewellery sets I purchased from here were breathtakingly stunning. I’ve never seen jewellery anywhere like I have here. I purchased my gurdwara set during lockdown and my reception set I brought when stores opened post lockdown. Service was amazing both times and everyone at Heritage Jewels went above and beyond to help me achieve that bespoke look I went for. The service was faultless and I felt like an absolute queen. Both my looks were very regal and elegant and I certainly achieved what I was after. I couldn’t have had the dream look I wanted without the help of everyone here. I cannot wait to go back and shop some more. I’m never a teary person but when I put the sets on, I couldn’t believe how stunning they were and both my make up artists and guests alike were completely floored. A very heartfelt massive thank you for being so amazing, incredibly helpful and for having such gorgeous jewellery for me to select from. “Vast improvement at this Tescos, which, up until recently, I almost entirely avoided due to the staff, which was a shame as the new-ish layout and lighting in the store has made it a very attractive shop. The staff were either moody to point of appearing hostile, especially if you asked for the locaion of a product or loud and talkaive between themselves. Now the atmosphere is calm, and the staff quietly do their jobs, but, at the time, calmly tell or show you where someting is. I may not speak for everyone, but when I go food shopping, I just want to get if done with minimum aggravation or fuss and leave, without having a bitter taste in my mouth. In short, I would like to give a big thumbs up to whoever at Tescos made these changes! Because of the experience at this Tescos is so much better, I have recently got myself a clubcard - which I previously never bothered doing as I shopped rarely due the points mentioned above.”

“The doctor was very helpful and reassuring as was booking some last minute travel vaccinations. The location is a bit tricky to find so would recommend calling beforehand to confirm details, as it is newly set up the IT system may not show the booking! Everything ran smoothly after confirming over the phone”
