   Vast improvement at this Tescos, which, up until recently, I almost entirely avoided due to the staff, which was a shame as the new-ish layout and lighting in the store has made it a very attractive shop. The staff were either moody to point of appearing hostile, especially if you asked for the locaion of a product or loud and talkaive between themselves. Now the atmosphere is calm, and the staff quietly do their jobs, but, at the time, calmly tell or show you where someting is. I may not speak for everyone, but when I go food shopping, I just want to get if done with minimum aggravation or fuss and leave, without having a bitter taste in my mouth. In short, I would like to give a big thumbs up to whoever at Tescos made these changes! Because of the experience at this Tescos is so much better, I have recently got myself a clubcard - which I previously never bothered doing as I shopped rarely due the points mentioned above.

   If Tesco are responsible for the Post Office it should be staffed by competent helpful staff, which it most definitely is not. The Post Office website says it is open all day with no mention of it closing for lunch. There are no opening hours on the window and certainly no mention of it closing for lunch. Appalling customer service

   At the end of the day, this is a little Tesco that I use when I need to top up on stuff. Yes, there are some rude staff in there. One especially who points at the scanner expecting you to scan your clubcard. Apparently, it's easier for you to do that than her picking up the scanner and doing it for you. But, generally, service is okay. Sometimes they don't have what you want and not much selection at times, but it is a smaller Tesco (convenience) store.

   I went to the post office in Tesco express Cranham again this morning 17/6/24 as well as Saturday 15/6/24. On my visit Saturday the counter staff lady was on her mobile phone which sounded like a personal call while serving me. Then today, I went in again different member of staff from Saturday although she has served me before who is very miserable, cannot seem to be bothered and quite rude in her manner. I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience at the counter the last couple of visits I feel warrants this. It never seems any different there; It’s either staff morale is so low or the staff just don’t want to be there. Honestly the post office at this Tesco branch needs serious attention. I will be walking into Upminster to use the branch in the high street future. Even other people have mentioned how appalling the staff are.

   OK but would be nice if the tesco atm was clean enough to use. I mentioned it to the staff who said it's not responsible for the atm. I don't know why they wouldn't just come and clean it to prevent cross infection weather it's the responsibility or not. Luckily a guy on the road suggested I used the post office located inside. Thanks for your help

   The staff in this shop are so rude. Firstly, I was nearly hit by a flying box of rice that one member of staff was throwing from the trolley to the floor, instead of putting them on the shelf. I'm not sure if he apologised or not, he looked at me and mumbled something under his breath as he walked away, I might have been ‘sorry’, but I couldn’t be sure. Then when I chose to go to the till instead of the self service, the girl behind the till glared at me as she made her way over to me, looking at the self serves, presumably annoyed that I dared to ask her to do her job. Without a single word said to me, she started scanning the items, didn’t bother asking me if I want a bag and just started stacking the items. When she’d finished, she did ask me if I had a Clubcard, but that was all I got from her, she didn’t even tell me how much the total was. It was like I was an inconvenience to her. This is not the first time I've had bad service from staff in this Tesco’s but it’s got to the point now where I avoid the shop if I can and I think it’s worth sharing.

   Lady behind the counter is rude and her attitude is like she doesn't want to be there didn't want to listen to what I was asking for and then put payment thru without asking me for my clubcard which she then shrugged at me and said well it's only 40p, disgusting attitude

   Staff are rude. That is when you can actually find one if they aren't out the back smoking or hiding away from you. Then when you do manage to grab hold of one to actually serve you they look down their nose at you no please or thank you and your receipt and change gets shoved into your hand. They are more interested in gossiping or listening to their music. Worst Tesco iv ever been to
