I’m a frequent customer but it was a pleasure to be served by Callum yesterday evening. He was a very polite young man and very helpful, knowledgeable too. It’s the customer service we lack now and I love not received it here before. Thanks Callum! He’s an asset to the company.

Open when you need it most, good range, well stocked, generally more expensive but what do you expect. Nice inside, self checkouts are quick, on the high street so can be difficult if you need to park.

An excellent local store with a couple of Parking slots round the back, accessed via Albert Road. There is one disabled space as well. This is a small store but very busy and often gets cleared out of many items around school-run time. Staff are great and do their best though and get deliveries out quickly.

Got refused to be served alcohol because my 22 year old son had no id with him, find staff to be sanctimonious, self rightious half wits. No comparison to competition next door (Sainsbury's), who normaly have a security guard on the door unlike the co-ops free for all shoplifters approach! Got to be about their worse shop, having experienced a lot of them due to my work. You usually have to wait at empty tills to be served as staff restocking or sorting parcels, then you get a begrudging look of disdain when they have to serve, serious attitude problems, even the managers taking the same tac. Only ever use this place as a last resort, other branches seem ok, in fact quite helpful, this one being the bad apple of the group. If they spent their time serving customers rather than phone orders would be a lot quicker and more pleasant, 3 staff picking orders and 1 on till passing them through, while 8 people wait!

Despite being next to the a Sainsbury's local I managed to get eggs here as well as goat's cheese. Staff are friendly and a good range of food. There are 2 self service checkouts you can use as well.

Reasonable selection but good quality. Staff do there best to provide prompt service at the tills and always remain polite even when under pressure.
