   Great local Tesco Express. Products are well stocked and the range available is good. Still get Tesco's clubcard discounts and deals, and prices are within line as the larger supermarkets. Parking can be an issue at the front of the store as there are limited spaces, and parking restrictions apply between 8-6.30pm mon - sat on the main road. Beware, of traffic wardens on motorcycles issuing tickets £110 fine reduced to £55 if paid within 14 days, will make your shopping experience a very expensive one!

   Extremely rude staff, including untrained staff. It’s not always tidy. Complaining to customer services at the store yields no results, one has to call head office. A very poor example of retail and gives Tesco a bad image.

   Staff are so rude and even when someone nearly gets attacked in this place the blonde hair girl mid 20's husky voice with held information from the police even the video footage was not given to police. If you want to be safe and dont want to be spoken to by rude staff then dont go anywhere near this tesco....

   Good if you live local and only need a few bits, expect to pay more here than in a larger Tesco's. I always use the self service till so little interactions with staff.

   One of tesco stores that does not deliver .. very under rated by myself .. in staff politness and consideration .. to busy talking to people they know .. shop allways looks a mess. .. should have said staff untrained. In customer communication. .. takes up parking space of regular users of derwent parade with there deliveries by blocking parking spaces. . Staff could learn a lot by working or training in customer . Skills at other stores such as chafford hundered ... have used this shop . And worked in retail a number of years .. I now use other shops in local area such as nisa .. as customer service is provided Harry.

   This is my local Express :) Good location near main shops, Good range, Stock, Promotions and Variety's with Friendly and Helpful staff. :( Very limited parking out front, Doesn't help when daily deliveries by lorry take up the 3 parking spaces directly outside? Dodging delivery cages going in and out and seeing cages taken through front entrance and through length of store to be stored out back when they have a rear entrance onto car park?? Should of had car park entrance or car park exit widened to allow for rear deliveries? Its a Good busy store and existing customers would use more and new customers attracted if Rear was used. Overall my favorite Express. :) *Lots of people feel this way and it happens all over Country, Your a good Company and House Name/Brand with good Prices/Products with Loyal/ClubCard customer base. You research and plan store locations 2nd to non, Design entrances/Deliveries better for new stores and think positive for growth and new customers as they will increase. Don't take my word it? ask local customers in stores regarding improvements and dislikes.Some things will not be practical but customers will put up with problems if they know you listen/value opinion.
