   Just when you thought this branch of the CoOp couldn't get any worse, they employ yet another batch of 'trappy' and rude individuals, who think more of gassing amongst themselves then dare I say, assisting customers, or perhaps fixing their forever faulty self service terminals! There's one particular fairer haired woman (late 30s to early 40s) who just loves an argument in front of all and sundry! She clearly missed the pre- recruitment, customer focus group! And if they confiscated their headsets I swear they would still rabbit away robotically! I thought it was meant to be 'our' CoOp. Good, then sack these poor excuses for shop-workers and employ some decent, hard working people!

   Rude staff, the only ATM on the estate but always issues. Never have cash back but take an awful lot of money from the locals daily for over priced stock. Will not be returning again

   Wow the rudeness of staff! Was kicked out of the shop at 20.20 which closes at 10pm. No notice, nothing, just 'you need to pay now and leave' essentially. I said sorry and thanked for waiting feeling guilty for some reason, but received a cold stare and barely a head nod. customer service at its best

   Shop is convenient however staffing is bad sometimes no one is on the shop floor and staff are regularly chatting on their headsets. Theft is is common practice there but staff don’t seem to care!

   Every time I go in this CO-OP there system is down but they are all connected and other one's are working.. Very poor and lazy staff.

   Worst coop iv been in, coffee machine not working a lot and 5 times iv been in in morning and no bakery available.

   Poorly stocked store and also appears to be very poorly run, there needs to be an urgent overall as the staff are rude and very lazy and more often than not are smoking outside rather than serving customers.

   Well stocked, quite big. Understaffed. The staff all wear headsets and seem to be constantly gossiping to their friends on them. If I have to ask for assistance I am always interrupting their headset conversation. I find it very off-putting and anti social. I guess the staff members are beginning to act like insular robots, just like the self service checkouts. Self service checkouts are too loud which I find stressful. Oh and there's a particularly obnoxious staff member who seems to be on duty most of the time ; I've dubbed him 'the sheriff of the co-op'. Apart from that it's great.
