   i always come into nisa to get my stuff.. most of the time when i come in and go to the till they don’t say nothing or even offer a receipt, their customer service is rubbish. i came in and one of the cashiers scanned the item and put it down close to where she was scanning it. how am i supposed to get the item i paid for if it’s so close to her? so i had to reach over and grab it, she didn’t even say thank you or hand it back over to me. sort it out it’s been like this for too long.

   This shop loves to trick people every time they get the chance, and they never give you a receipt — you have to beg them for it. I don t have fingers to count how many times they scammed me. On the shelf it s a price and when you check the receipt is a complete diferent one. When you confront them they not even apologise. ⚠️You need to avoid this shop⚠️

   Some if the till staff are rude. I approached a till, the staff member mumbled something and rudely ushered away my badlet with his hand. The previous customers card didn't go through but he had walked away from the till. So I stood back in line, another till staff too the people after me. When I turned back to the original till, he was serving his colleague! I don't often pop in there but I definitely won't be after tonight. Poor service

   Really glad this place opened up. Before we only had a small Tescos here and the product range was very limited. Nisa offers a good variety and having two grocery stores helps with keeping queues down.

   prices on the shelf do not match product! Staff even argue when blatant shelf ticket showed £1 each was charged £1.25! Does this happen a lot I ask? She even had to get managers permission. This is not customer service Manager Sude! (If you ever see this?)

   Appalling customer service. Staff refused to change product that was not fit for consumption. I was told to contact supplier. Nisa head office just as bad.

   I use this store regularly and probably spend near on £50-£60 a week. After what happened this week I will not be returning. I was stood in the queue for at least 20 mins before finding out that they were only taking cash payments. This I learned via another customer who had reached check out, as I approached check out I asked the server if it was cash only, to which they completely ignored me and waved the next person forward. The sensible thing would be to put a note up stating CASH ONLY and periodically announce that fact so customers aren't queueing unnecessarily. The staff are rude to the point I don't actually think they can converse in English, and staff don't seem to have any people skills whatsoever. I will now be taking my custom next door to Tesco!!!!
