Clean shop. Wide aisles making shopping experience seamless. Staff are helpful. There is ample free parking for shoppers
Rude girl pushing trolleys. Went to get a trolley, coin in hand and she pretended not to see and walked away with all the trolleys. I mentioned to the lady st customer services who brushed it off and said she did not witness the incident… sadly, color may well be an important élément of the interaction. So despite an interesting range of new products, I will avoid this outlet …
It’s a big Sainsbury. Almost everything is available here. Specifically they have very good collection of wine. This is the biggest sainsbury in this area. Car parking is large. Very good experience.
Terrible service from Kay on customer services. Didn’t tell me I needed to take my refund to Argos at the back of the store, I thanked her for wasting my time, on the way out I hear and watch her slagging me off and calling me names to one of her colleagues.
I went here this morning at 7:15am, to get my meal deal for work. I went to the checkout and there was a lady called Janice, an old lady with a mean tone. I typically purchase Monster Or Red Bull from here - I had my car keys in hand and I never usually get asked for ID. I didn’t go to self checkout as there was a lot of kids and teenagers running around this morning. However, Janice asked for ID, I offered to show her passport ID in the form of a photo and also offered driving license photo. She rudely snarled ‘that won’t do, you need to have it and bring it in’. Then I said fine, I’m gonna go switch the drinks. She rudely said, I can’t serve you, I’m going to get the store to refuse you service! I said, and repeated calmly that I am switching the drink for something without ID, in which she then rudely and arrogantly said ‘ok, go’ - my sibling was with me so I made them run to switch the drink. This lady Janice looked at me up and down and was extremely rude. Her dull, grey wrinkly eyes were extremely rude and her facial expressions (could be that she has a resting moody and arrogant face) but it seemed extra moody today - Extremely unhelpful. On a lighter note, the security guard working that day was lovely and extremely helpful. Thank you Mr Tall Security Guard.
I recently visited Sainsbury's in Newbury Park and was impressed by the wide selection of products and the cleanliness of the store. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. I was able to find everything I needed, from fresh produce to household essentials. Large Super Market, everything from fresh food to daily weekly shopping, clothing and news papers / mags. Also Argos in store. Large free car park limit is 3hrs max number is logged on entry.
Probably the cleanest, best stocked Sainsbury's, I've ever visited. Well stocked shelves, plenty of choice. A very tidy store with lots of free parking. The in-store pharmacy is very good, polite, helpful and friendly staff. The Pharmacist was excellent, took time to explain my wife's meds. Recommended
Everything under one roof, thousands of products for day to day use. Best part is having the Argos in the Sainsbury. Very convenient and clever concept. Pharmacy and clothing line with schools uniforms for kids. Full stocks of all the shelves. Many friendly and helpful staffs are always available for customers assistance. Argos’s was in easy access and enough counters to serve many customers at a time. Great place for local area
