“The doctor was very helpful and reassuring as was booking some last minute travel vaccinations. The location is a bit tricky to find so would recommend calling beforehand to confirm details, as it is newly set up the IT system may not show the booking! “I come in around every 1-2 weeks to purchase raw dog food. There is always ample stock, which I have struggled with at other locations. The staff are always extremely welcoming, helpful and always keen to offer a treat to my dogs! They understand pet body language and have slowly made one of my more nervous dogs feel so happy and welcome. He loves a trip there now! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.”

“Lily, a 2.5 year old greyhound was admitted to Wylies a few weeks ago. She was extremely poorly and had pneumonia. She was in critical care for 3 nights. The care she received was first class. It is honestly down to the hard work of the vet team that she is here today with me. I was so impressed with the care she received, I have moved my other 3 greyhounds to Wylies. A huge thank you to Anna, Gemma and Lewis who was amazing with Lily. Also, thank you to the reception team who were always so kind to me every single time I visited and was upset. You are all fabulous and I will be forever grateful to you for saving Lily and also for the kindness you showed me xx”

“I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”

“As always the crew and team at this pharmacy are exemplary.They have always exceeded my expectations,often they found ways around any glitches in the processes of ordering a repeat rx or simply guiding and advising me accordingly. They are polite ,very helpful and professional. George was a model of professionalism and joe the head pharmacist has always been utterly friendly and tirelessly professional. I've been using this pharmacy for some 6years plus and they never let me down. I often found them well stocked and if out they compensated by sourcing in a timely manner .always delivered when promised. The pharmacy is well stocked and prices are excellent on all other ancillaries. I forgot to mention the support crew ! Oh well they are perfectly helpful and ever so welcoming. Update on this review.
