   Referred here by 111, the ‘specialist’ would not consult directly with us (parents), wanted to talk via the shop assistant who misunderstood the symptoms. Finally the ‘specialist’ talked to us direct who was adamant they would only sell over the counter medicine when clearly that was not going to resolve the symptoms, as they said in their words “we are about to close”. Poor service when dealing with a 20month old requiring antibiotics.
