   Fasted and rearranged my work for a blood test I paid £35 for. Arrived and was told no one was there. No one called to save me a wasted trip. Not acceptable and hugely disrespectful. Clearly do not care about their customers.

   Walked in for my covid vaccine and was in and out in 10 minutes. A lovely gentleman gave me my vaccine, and I felt almost little to no pain, thank you! The staff there are so nice and helpful Edit: Be aware, like most pharmacies and GPs in my experience, they do close for lunch between 1pm-2pm. And by phone I was told the Vaccine walk-in availability is from 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.

   Staff are very helpful. Usually a doctor on site to have a chat with if you need medical advice. Excellent advice always provided. Regular customers are recognised by the staff, and any discrepancies about your medication will be questioned in order to make sure your health is top priority.

   Upminster Boots told us that the medicine on the prescription has a manufacturing problem. They advised to go back to GP to change it; however, we could easily find in Britania Pharmacy. The helpful staff clearly explained how to use the product. Go this pharmacy with no doubt.
