I visited with my son who needed treatment. The pharmacist was so helpful and kind. He explained what we needed to do and how to take the medication. I was so grateful that he saw us in the evening on New Years Eve. Thank you!!

This pharmacy has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff were openly rude and dismissive, speaking in a disrespectful tone when I asked simple questions about my medication which is expensive other then pharmacy and also denial to give me proper receipt of my bill. They Instead of helping , the staff misbehaved with me , i do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who expects basic respect.
Highly recommend Ohios the pharmacist who took the time to understand my health issue and then prescribed medication and cream to help support. I had tried GP at hub who didn't really give me the time of day, and still waiting to attend GP appointment at my own doctors! If you need help see if Ohios can support you. I will be returning should I need to. Thank you
Called this morning and spoke to a lovley lady that told me to come down and the phamasist will see me regarding my chest infection she said she could even hear it. Drove 40 minutes for the useless phamasist to not even bother. Didn't even want to check and said everyone has a viral infection. Mine ain't viral and he didn't even want to check!!!!!
Rude staff absolutely not intrested in helping you what so ever. Not a smile in sight. Just want to get you out there shop. The shop staff and pharmacist would do well by getting some customer service training.

After a frustrating time not being able to book a GP appointment and there being no GP available at the local polyclinic, I visited this pharmacy for help. I was seen immediately and was diagnosed with shingles and was prescribed medication to help me. The pharmacist was professional and helpful and dealt with me very effectively. Also, the assistant was a friendly lady who was also very helpful to me. I recommend this pharmacy totally.
