   I heard the sad news that you are closing in June and a new store is being opened in Brentwood. Why? Why? Especially when the facilities here at the Upminster Garden Centre are perfect for your customers, parking tearoom and a lovely friendly garden centre to look around too. It is particularly good for dog owners - there is space, parking a tea room that welcomes dogs in a designated area - why on earth would your company go to Brentwood where the parking is awful and other facilities limited and surroundings not so pleasant and certain NOT pet friendly One suggestion is rent cost - surely Brentwood High Street would/is much higher? I confess I am not a big spender at your store however, it rare that I come out with nothing. My dogs see to that. The Staff here are always so helpful and friendly and always make our dogs welcome. Thank you for your service. I will not be going up to Brentwood and if I need your store I will head to another garden centre along the A127 where there is a Pets Corner and the dogs are also welcome. I would to think you might change your minds but.........

   Lovely little pet shop inside the garden center. Has a great range of food and accessories for all animals, including live food for snakes etc. They even have a dog treat pick n mix. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and helpful and I'll definitely be popping back in next time I'm nearby.

   I come in around every 1-2 weeks to purchase raw dog food. There is always ample stock, which I have struggled with at other locations. The staff are always extremely welcoming, helpful and always keen to offer a treat to my dogs! They understand pet body language and have slowly made one of my more nervous dogs feel so happy and welcome. He loves a trip there now! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

   My Lurcher Kofie had a long-term digestion problem, and I wasn't sure in which direction to turn to assist him. The staff at Pets Corner, advised that some of the food I had already was suitable, and a further kibble for sensitive digestions would provide variety. I did as advised, and the problem was solved within days.

   This morning I popped into the Upminster shop for a number of items for my 2 dachshunds . Karen was absolutely superb in all aspects of her customer service. She spent quality time with me measuring the dogs for the correct coats, advising on treats and toys- as well as providing excellent advice on the car safety aspects of harnessing dogs. I can’t recommend her highly enough and came away thinking if only all shops were this helpful! Thank you so much !

   Our Maltipoo pup had an absolute blast at puppy hour. Karen was helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. She gave us tips about puppy behaviour & body language, also so much information about the breed in particular. The store itself is so well stocked. We found some lovely toys and treats. Will definitely be coming back to shop here. Me & pup cant recommend Karen & the Upminster store enough.

   I visited the shop a couple of weeks ago and I forgot my lead. The friendly kind lady in charge lent me a lead. I ended up buying 2 leads as they were such great quality. I have since been back to buy pet treats etc. I love this pet shop, staff are so friendly and make you feel really welcome. The place is really big and has such a variety of dog treats/toys/food. Totally recommend, you won’t be disappointed because you can park easily and pick up some great quality stuff. Just to add, you can take dogs and there is a cafe there. I didn’t even know this place existed till recently.
