“I've been having regular lessons from Lindsay for three months now, and the swimming lessons are really excellent. Lindsay has a wealth of technical knowledge and swimming experience that really shows. She also is a great coach, technique is taught clearly and she adapts what to focus on in each lesson based on my individual ability and current progress - this helps make the learning process more effective and learning technique more digestible. Although smaller than your regular pools, the pool is clean and big and deep enough for both leisure and exercise. And the water is softer too. “HIGHLY recommend this spot to swim. It's tucked away in a picturesque location, with a lovely dock with changing rooms and places to store your belongings. There are three loops of different lengths to choose from - perfect for those who are training to complete a specific distance. The staff are really friendly and helpful - they host different events to help test your skill and have 121 coaching on offer as well. Bright coloured caps and tow floats are required - they do have a supply of some as well. Lovely dining spots nearby for those wanting to make an occasion out of it - including outdoor bars on the water during the summer.”

“Oh dear- booked a table at the American Bar for drinks, treated like something off the bottom of the concierge’s shoe. We were half an hour early for our booking and told to push off. Restaurant and bar totally empty but wouldn’t allow us to sit and have an aperitif while we waited for our friend. Worst service I’ve experienced in a so called top class hotel in London. ****Edit*** After my partner and I both put in negative reviews the MD responded with probably the greatest comeback ever. John invited us into the hotel for a meeting to discuss what had gone wrong and over a drink listened to what we had to say. This is a guy they really cares and it shows, we even ended up having a tour of the fabulous wine cellars. The Stafford- rightly back on top because of some lovely people who work there. 10/10”

“I really enjoy the classes with my son Freddie. We are now going onto level 4 baby swim with Nano. Nano is a great instructor, he takes time to explain what we need to do and shows professionalism and makes the classes enjoyable. My son who's 11 months loves the swimming and listening to the nursery rhymes. I would recommend osterley centre it is clean and staff are lovely.
