“HIGHLY recommend this spot to swim. It's tucked away in a picturesque location, with a lovely dock with changing rooms and places to store your belongings. There are three loops of different lengths to choose from - perfect for those who are training to complete a specific distance. The staff are really friendly and helpful - they host different events to help test your skill and have 121 coaching on offer as well. Bright coloured caps and tow floats are required - they do have a supply of some as well. Lovely dining spots nearby for those wanting to make an occasion out of it - including outdoor bars on the water during the summer.”

“We booked the pool for the first time last weekend and had a wonderful experience with our family of three. Although smaller than your regular pools, the pool is clean and big and deep enough for both leisure and exercise. And the water is softer too. Having the whole pool to ourselves in a quiet and private place was a true escape from the chaotic and crowded public family pools. We would love to come back!”

“Great place for day out with the family. Lots of green space for picnics over seeing the splash area. Reasonable distance from shops and food spots too. Parking can be limited so be sure to arrive at a decent time, i.e. 11am - 12 midday to have a better chance of good spot. There are still quite a few off roads for parking if needed.”

“Small and nice swimming pool, 1-2m. What stands out here is the very kind instructors, small class sizes. Facilities are very clean. I took a beginner scuba lesson here. My child took beginner swimming lessons. I cannot recommend highly enough for ab initio.”

“I really enjoy the classes with my son Freddie. We are now going onto level 4 baby swim with Nano. Nano is a great instructor, he takes time to explain what we need to do and shows professionalism and makes the classes enjoyable. My son who's 11 months loves the swimming and listening to the nursery rhymes. I would recommend osterley centre it is clean and staff are lovely. It's a brilliant set up and I'm looking forward to many more lessons. Xox”

Breakfast serving is absolutely the best I've had at any hotel and they even have 24 hour coffee to enjoy the lovely lounge area. “Oh dear- booked a table at the American Bar for drinks, treated like something off the bottom of the concierge’s shoe. We were half an hour early for our booking and told to push off. Restaurant and bar totally empty but wouldn’t allow us to sit and have an aperitif while we waited for our friend. Worst service I’ve experienced in a so called top class hotel in London. ****Edit*** After my partner and I both put in negative reviews the MD responded with probably the greatest comeback ever. John invited us into the hotel for a meeting to discuss what had gone wrong and over a drink listened to what we had to say. This is a guy they really cares and it shows, we even ended up having a tour of the fabulous wine cellars. The Stafford- rightly back on top because of some lovely people who work there. 10/10”
