“The gym staff here are outstanding. I would like to single out Ula in particular who, after I injured my knee, put me on a special programme. Weeks later I attended a physio at the hospital who said I was on the road to recovery. Full marks to her. Pity about the state of the pool.”

“A nice communal venue. Gym and pool are of reasonable upkeep. My main concerns are the changing room floors get very dirty and slippery at times. I can recommend the café. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food and drink are reasonably priced too. Well worth just a social visit.”

“We decided to come here for a nice little Sunday walk and had a beautiful day! While still in London, it really feels like you’re outside the city. Really couldn’t believe this was here! Lovely lakes and walking trails and great for dogs!”

“My children have been attending Korean Martial arts for the past 12 year. Never a reason to complain. The children are no longer children. Great service provide by Master Lee and Master Tae. Highly recommend”

“Really loved this swimming pool and classes for babies and toddlers. We took our baby there when she was 3 months and kept going until she was 2 and now we sadly moved outside London. Teachers are very gentle, the atmosfere is great, I can’t find it any faults. We will really miss it.”

“Well managed and maintained. I really enjoyed my visit. Mostly used for badminton but we also have an option for Table tennis. Based on the booking and timings TT arrangements are done. In addition to above we have multiple coaches taking badminton classes for groups … you need to connect for charges. Individual bookings can be done via Lampton leisure club (web or app) Overall good experience”
