   We recently started my daughter at the level 1 class here. The instructor that started the course seemed to be good, however she was soon replaced by another instructor, who seemed disengaged throughout the class, constantly checking the time and seemed more interested in what was going on in the viewing area. The venue itself is also not very inviting - the changing rooms filthy and an expectation to take home your babies dirty nappies (frustrating given the price and the fact that this is a baby swimming venue!) I would not recommend this place.

   We joined London Baby Swim Osterley based on great recommendations. We very happy with Martha, who was an excellent instructor. Since she left, quality of teaching has significantly declined - the teachers often seem disengaged, giving minimal instruction and no feedback to the children. The class is only 30 minutes long, yet several sessions end with 5 minutes of “free time.” We attended a couple more sessions to see if things improved, but unfortunately they didn’t. That’s when we emailed management with our concerns and to say we did not wish to continue. While the management was polite in replying and suggested changing our day, the response was very generic and we were refused a refund for the remaining lessons due to policy. I’m not even sure the person replying was the actual manager, as they failed to answer my question asking whether they were or to provide their name. It’s disappointing, as we had a great experience to start with. My daughter really enjoyed swimming here. It just needs better consistency, communication and care for families’ concerns.

   We are eternally grateful for the care and the knowledge The London Baby Swim Team, in Wandsworth, offered to our daughter all these years. They helped her build her confidence in the water and she is now ready for the next step in her swimming lessons. A great option for families in the neighborhood!

   Really loved this swimming pool and classes for babies and toddlers. We took our baby there when she was 3 months and kept going until she was 2 and now we sadly moved outside London. Teachers are very gentle, the atmosfere is great, I can’t find it any faults. We will really miss it.

   The classes are well planned out with a nice amount of babies in each group. The venue itself is lovely as well. The changing rooms are very baby friendly and the addition of high chairs in the reception for that post swim feed is brilliant! The staff are friendly too! My son loves his classes and it’s been great to see his progress in only three lessons so far.

   My son and my daughter started swimming with Milli at London baby swim when they were both 12 weeks old and since the beginning we loved attending Milli’s lessons. They are now at advanced toddler and level 4 baby swim and I couldn’t be happier of their swimming skills. Milli is fun with well structured teaching. She has great energy and creates a really good learning environment. The facilities are very well kept, clean and at the perfect temperature (not too cold and not too hot). All the staff are lovely and kind and make you feel very comfortable. I can’t recommend enough London Baby swim Osterley and her amazing teacher Milli.

   Great purpose built pool for teaching babies and young children to swim. All instructors are good, but a special shout out to Nano, who is a fantastic instructor. Thanks to Nano, I am very confident with my daughter in the water and she giggles and laughs through her lessons. I have booked for next term without hesitation. The pool and changing rooms are kept very clean and I often spot the cleaner cleaning all the areas after each lesson. The reception staff are great and always get back to my emails quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!
