   I am taking adult swimming lessons with instructor Omar more than one year now. Last 2 weeks instructor Omar was in holidays and one of the instructor replaced our lessons. The problem is happened on the second week, look like new swimming pool manager, the guy push us to do lessons on kids swimming pool place where the water level is half meter deep ( our knee level). I told him we can’t swim that level of water. He also look like new, I never saw him before. I don’t understand our adult swimming lessons lane is empty and ended up swimming alone by myself without joining swimming lessons.He should be more polite and should change attitude. We are not talking free lessons, we pay money.

   Today a woman came and stepped into the jacuzzi with her shoes on. The people sitting there complained to the staff. The staff did not react, meaning that for them it is normal for people to go to the toilet and then, in the same shoes, get into the jacuzzi!!! Terrible! Unsanitary! This is simply awful!

   A nice communal venue. Gym and pool are of reasonable upkeep. My main concerns are the changing room floors get very dirty and slippery at times. I can recommend the café. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food and drink are reasonably priced too. Well worth just a social visit.

   I’ve been very disappointed with my experience at Isleworth Leisure Centre. The general cleanliness is extremely poor — the changing rooms are always dirty and in a state that suggests they are not cleaned regularly, if at all. This creates a really unpleasant environment for customers. On top of that, the customer service is generally unhelpful. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and in-person support is often dismissive or uninterested. One of the most frustrating aspects is the class booking system. If you miss a class without cancelling, your card is blocked — which is fair enough. However, the system still lets you pay for future classes without actually unblocking your card. So you arrive thinking everything is fine, only to find your card still doesn’t work and you're forced to pay again for the previous missed session. Essentially, you’re charged twice. That’s both poor system design and unfair to customers. Given the poor standards of hygiene and unreliable service, this kind of policy just adds insult to injury. I’d seriously urge management to review both their facilities and their booking/payment processes.

   Really bad gym. Poor equipment and facilities. Changing room is in a state. Lockers with a note for longer than 2 years now, broken doors, sink without hand soap… water fountains broken and nobody seems to care. Gym machines not working for weeks too… but hey, pay £45 every month for this service. Made a formal complaint before but they simply don’t care. It’s a joke.

   I have recently joined and have used the gym pool and health suite. The gym and pool are decent and probably the quality you'd expect at a more expensive club, however the health suite let's it down a little. Whilst the sauna and jacuzzi seem clean they are a little on the small side to handle demand at peak times. The steam room has been out of action since I joined despite being told it would be sorted in a few days. It is this aspect that knocks it down from 5 stars. The staff all seem pleasant and professional.

   A very bad example of customer service has been shown from a reception staff Joanne . Please ILC please take an initiative to train your staff in a professional and courteous manner specially the front desk as it is the face and first experience of a members and customers alike. What is the point of running such a big leisure Center without taking pride and interest in providing a good customer service?

   After cancelling my membership a few years ago today I decided to go back for a gym session expecting that things could have improved, although this was not the case. The lady at the reception was not kind at all and the conditions of the changing rooms just got worst. Lockers without doors, running taps in the shower rooms, and rusted furniture are just examples… A part from this, the gym was clean (early morning), and the machines were working alright.
