   So I lived in Devon Rd 1962 1986. This has changed so much over the years. The area has adapted to people's needs It needs to be kept without getting smaller for housing. Play areas are an important part of kids growing up.

   Was OK on a sunny day when we didn't have anything else to do, quite annoying that the water tanks stop every so often and then start again. The children got bored quite easily.

   Bit dated. Only really go here when the splash pools open. Very limited parking, like 6 spaces so go early or park in a neighbouring road.

   Very nice playground for kids. Slides and swings also sand pit and little water play area in summers. Basket ball court and large ground to play football for kids. Always had amazing experience. Love it.

   Kids were looking forward to play on the splash are, but it wasn’t on. No indication why. Lots of visitors coming in, looking around and leaving. Not many sitting on shade areas. It’s good, but it could be a lot better.
