“Great place for kids and serious nature lovers. Our 5 and 7 year olds had a great time and sustained interest from 10.30-3.30 with huge range of activities. Video game incorporating kids sketches a particular favourite. Catering good but slow”

“Great family friendly atmosphere and we really enjoyed the experience love the football pitch Great fun! The zip line bit expensive 3 host for £12 if you have several kids but nevertheless kids had a wonderful time. Would love to see a more baby friendly area from the soft play with accessibility for people with disabilities. The food and drink where great quality we enjoyed the mac and cheese bites and chicken tenders yum yum!”

“We missed our flight, so BA put us up here for the night along with a lot of other people. It was very comfortable. The rooms were clean. It wasn't fancy, but it was nice. They had a buffet for dinner. I thought it was the best meal I had while we were on this 3 week tour. I think the staff was overwhelmed by so many people arriving at the same time.”

It has a lot to offer not only to pet owners but also to parents or anyone who enjoys nature 2h free parking included but remember to take a ticket even for free period. There are at least 2 cafe points there, these are a bit pricey but they have good coffee.”

“The Restaurant offers 360 degree vantage over the whole park giving you the chance to see clise uo what the next generation athletes are doing and you can learn around the very best here whether it's Kayaking or White water , from novices who have never done this before or an adventurer who had that experience whilst on holiday somewhere. Action packed fun filled adventure with water. The Restaurant offers healthy optional foods snacks and lots of refreshments on offer. Very friendly staff and don't forget the parking is free if you buy food there it's on your receipt just scan the code on your phone and enter the code on your receipt. “We attended the BSUPA Level 1 Paddleboard course. Our instructor was calm, understanding and inspired confidence. He was also incredibly knowledgeable. We felt safe and confident with him. Good solid advice on bouancy aids, and equipment followed up with excellent advice on how to use it. On the water we learned how to paddle laying down, then kneeling and finally we ALL got up. None of us fell in. We paddled a little and then it was time to deliberately fall in so we could practice getting back on....Again, everyone managed to get back on!! This is a sign of great coaching! More paddling and practicing on/off, maneuvers and steering..and then we were taught stepback turns, and encouraged to get further and further back on the board. We went from nervous shaky wobbly beginners to confident paddlers twirling on the spot with stepback turns....again ALL of us were doing this! Incredible! If you want to learn Paddleboarding, get down there now, you wont regret it. Best money I have spent! Thank you HYMB!!”

“Unreal day. Paid extra for the double dip (2 hours) and it was so worth it and also worth the travel from london to Lakeside. It does get quite tiring to haul yourself from the water onto the course, so I’d recommend getting mates to drag you back on if possible! For those going, I would recommend to bring: - a padlock - shower gel - a towel - sea shoes or flip flops or grip socks - long sleeves or leggings if possible to avoid chafing on the slides Would 100% return, and bring a group of mates!”

“Beautiful natural escape with something for everyone! Fairlop Waters Country Park is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy nature. I visited with family and we had a lovely time walking around the lake, enjoying the fresh air, and taking in the peaceful scenery. It’s a spacious and well-maintained park with lots of open green areas, perfect for picnics, walking, or just unwinding. There are also activity options available like water sports and adventure areas, making it a fun spot for all age groups. Plenty of parking is available, and it’s a great place to spend a weekend or holiday with friends and family. Highly recommended!”

“Bishop's Park, home to Fulham Palace with its filled walled-garden and historic tales, and lovely riverside paths and trails. Far too many off-lead dogs for my liking but lots of different spaces and a very nice space. When I lived in Fulham I was very close to here and this park was a dream.”

“We went to Hobbledown to visit Santa in his Grotto. The place looked magical! And the immersive experience was above and beyond. Nowhere else have we experienced anything like it, usually it is just Santa and that's it. Here we experienced almost an hour long journey through Santa village, meet him and go to Elf shop to choose final gift :) And to be able to pick your own present is just mazing. Happy children guaranteed! Honestly one our very favorite places! Kids already asking to go back again!”

“Nearest public bathrooms near the theatre in Old Town. Cafes and restaurants open at various times. Skatepark is fun, spacious playground. Lots of dog walking space. Car park can be tricky at busy times, but what isn't ;) there are 3 car parks around it and some nearer town centre. Summer in there is full of life.”

“I've been to King George's Playing Fields multiple times, and I enjoy the place. It's perfect for both children who want to have a fun day in the park and adults who wish to relax and unwind. The park is equipped with a play area featuring various swings and equipment, a water play area, a forest path for walks, and beautiful gardens. There is also a football field and a skate park. I highly recommend it.”

“Have been coming to Diggerland for years and it just gets better. We visited during school holidays but the queues were short. There are a range of digger based rides and attractions, along with a licenced restaurant serving a good range of food and drink. Always enjoy coming here and the kids love it.”
