Family Attractions: Two large children’s playgrounds, a splash pool and paddling pools in summer, and a miniature railway. Sports & Activities: Outdoor gym, tennis courts, basketball, football pitches, golf, and marked walking/cycling trails. Nature & Relaxation: Woodland walks, open meadows, and scenic routes along the Grand Union Canal. Wildlife, including birds and deer, can often be spotted. Facilities: Cafés, refreshment kiosks, picnic spots, and seasonal events such as fairs and concerts. Recognition: Consistently rated among the top parks in the UK. It’s a great spot whether you’re looking for a quiet stroll, a family day out, or outdoor activities.

   Amazing and beautiful park for walks with your dog. It has a lot to offer not only to pet owners but also to parents or anyone who enjoys nature 2h free parking included but remember to take a ticket even for free period. There are at least 2 cafe points there, these are a bit pricey but they have good coffee.

   Came here for a walk and haven't been here for quite some time but it was really good. The parking is free for two hours. There is a splash park and playground for the children and a wonderful cafeteria for everyone. It was a really hot day but the walk through the woods and by the canal was really nice. Sorry I thought it inappropriate to take pictures of the splash park and playground as there were children present.

   Was looking for a place to kill time my toddler son in Watford. Noticed this large park on Google maps, and tested. Was nicely surprised, it turned to be on of top UK parks by voting. It is really good, spacious, very green, has a wetlands reserve, rich playground, green area, walking paths, open air gym, fountains and shallow pools! Kids really have massive fun here. There public toilets, cafes and tap water stand. Everything is quite new, not much wear and tear. Enjoyed lock operations to move a boat upstream. Great experience! Parking is super busy there, arrive early, or choose a underground station nearby. More or less people start to leave only at 5 pm. It is a full day family time.

   Watford's largest and most enjoyable park. You can always come across an event there. There is a pleasant park area for children. There is a nice walking track by the river and it relaxes you a lot. Indispensable place for weekends.
