“Cafe run by charity Mencap - fantastic initiative to give people with learning disabilities the chance to learn skills in catering, customer services and hospitality. I have never eaten there but just had a quick coffee / kids snacks - it doesn't feel that warm and cosy to me, so I've never been tempted to linger too long. My suggestion would be to remove the PCs and introduce some sofas and perhaps some toys or games. Not sure how feasible that would be!”

“The stonebaked pizza base is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with that authentic pizzeria taste. Every bite was full of fresh ingredients and bold, satisfying flavor. Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had! Highly recommend if you’re craving something truly delicious!”

“We spent a Friday evening here starting with axe throwing before going onto pool and then shuffle board. All of the staff were really friendly but one person in particular stood out - James. He is exceptional and helped ensure we had a really good time. He brings a lot of energy to the role and nothing was too much trouble. I think James in particular deserves some company recognition as he's an asset to the team. Great night and I highly recommend.”

“We went on a Friday night for our Anniversary, the weather had been great but we sat inside and it was nice and cool. There was a DJ playing old skool RnB which was a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and we met the owner, who was really lovely and very passionate about the food. The croquette were amazing and very authentic, we also had tacos to start which were delicious. The tiramisu ( which I’m always a big fan of as a dessert) came with a Japanese twist but was inspired and also really delicious. A great spot and well worth checking out for an intimate meal, big party or even a family dinner.”

“I have been a customer for over 17 years and have always had good experiences with the service and quality of the products, especially the meat. Medina has a large selection of pantry products, sauces, spices, fresh produce, drinks, and snacks to suit different tastes. Their meat and chicken are always fresh, reasonably priced, and displayed. The butchers are accommodating when asked for a special cut. I no longer live locally, but I travel to do my monthly big shop of Asian products and halal meat. No other butchers have equalled quality and service.”

Cannot go wrong with the staples: hot masala chai, papadums, garlic naan, bombay mix, butter chicken and lamb Biriyani. Food took a little long to arrive to table, but it was well worth the wait! Our server is named Freya and was very friendly! Highly recommend if in the Watford area.”

“Teddy Bear Dog Grooming is the best and my most trusted groomers in the Watford area. Service, care and cleanliness are all 10/10. My dog always comes back so fresh, neatly trimmed and fluffy after a session here. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ask what type of cut my dog needs before a session out of courtesy and respect for me as an owner. Having tried and tested multiple other groomers, I can whole heartedly say Teddy Bear is top tier and I’m so glad I’ve found them for my little doggie ☺️”

Love the decor of the place nice an relax we always sit in there to eat lovely seating area. The kids love the wraps an the string rolls i love there spicy noodle there so fresh so tasty you can see them cook things up in front of you. “Check-in was quick and easy, but the real highlight for us was the pub. Kajal looked after us and she was honestly brilliant! Really friendly, easy to chat to, and just made us feel comfortable straight away. She kept checking in on us at the right times, made some great suggestions, and you could tell she genuinely cared that we were having a good time. It gave the whole evening such a nice vibe. “I had the pleasure of visiting Burritos Watford recently. The mexican tottilla wrap were absolutely mouthwatering—the Chicken was juicy and packed with flavour, and the combination of toppings was perfect. It's definitely one of the best burritos I’ve had in a while! I also tried the mexican rice, which are something truly special. The way they’ve put it all together is unique and unlike anything I've had before. It's a must-try for anyone looking for something different and tasty! A big shoutout to udaya for her amazing customer service. She made the experience even more enjoyable with her friendly and helpful attitude. It’s not every day you come across someone so dedicated to making sure you have the best dining experience. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service! “Called in for breakfast today and was met by lovely friendly staff. Seated in a booth with my friends and the place looked clean and comfortable. Only 2 waitresses on so a slight delay but it didn’t detract from the experience. I enjoyed my Cote breakfast and the produce was quality and very tasty. Beautiful poached eggs. Excellent service throughout and I would recommend Cote Brassiere.”
