   Eye catching décor and style- the pink florals and walls are certainly creative. I went with my wife on a Monday evening to mark our first anniversary. As such, atmosphere was very quiet (we were the only customers) but cosy. Member of staff greeted us courtesly and promptly. The actual desserts were brought quite quickly and were absolutely delicious! I also requested for two glasses of tap water. Unfortunately, this was the disappointment of the experience. Although nice for the request to be met, presentation was poor; water got delivered in an old, dirty looking jug and the glasses were similarly presented. Made us doubt the food hygiene a little bit- a shame as, like mentioned, that was delicious.

   Overall great experience, they have huge variety of desserts which are always freshly prepared. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you are near Watford high street area.

   A must visit for everyone coming to Watford town centre. They know how to treat you with luxury. Amazing Kadak Chai, Crepes and Pistachio and Rose Milk Cake. A new gem of a dessert Cafe.

   Ordered a brookie for takeaway and it was 10/10 ! Huge portion and delicious combo with vanilla gelato, will go back in store to try out more off their menu. Great new dessert addition in Watford.

   First off, 1 star because the first time I tried to come here was for the 50% off promotion for opening night. They were late on opening, I asked a staff member if I could come back later around 10pm for the promotion and was told no problem. Came back at the time I said and was suddenly told ‘No, we are full’. I wasn’t angry, was just annoyed but it’s whatever. It didn’t help that the bouncer was so bloody rude aswell. Today, 05/02/23 I decided to try my luck and come in for dessert, and safe to say the desserts did not disappoint even tho I asked for Whipped Cream instead of Ice Cream. Only thing I will say is that the guy who took our payment was extremely rude and asked me if I wanted my Whipped Cream now, well obviously I wanted it with my dessert. Thankfully I wasn’t charged for that bit or I would of kicked off. Place wasn’t really full when I came in so wasn’t a problem to be seated. The staff member who served us was somewhat patient because we couldn’t decide what to order. The chairs were super comfy and the decor was really nice and I’m more surprised that the place wasn’t pricey compared to Heavenly Desserts. Would I return? Probably not because of the rude staff, but I would return for the desserts. So in total 2 stars are awarded. Staff need to be trained to not be rude to the public and get people’s orders correct, then it might be 5 stars.

   ​​It is a good place for Sweet and dessert lovers! Recently opened in the high street, Watford. Nice ambiance and good food. Reasonably priced. And the theme is good. Freshly warm deserts options. Good ice cream varieties. Friendly staffs.
