   Very nice chicken burger, wings were okay, chips decent. Nice service. Prices for a 'chicken shop' were higher than what you see in East London. Seating is a little worn out. Still selling nasty Coca Cola drinks.

   I’m really disappointed with the service today. We waited for around 10 minutes, and even though we were clearly next, the staff served another customer who came after us just because they seemed to be friends. It felt unfair and unprofessional. We came to enjoy good food and good service, but this experience put us off. Respecting all customers equally should be the minimum standard. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.

   Whenever I order a chicken burger (usually the grilled chicken burger) a part of the bottom bun is always soggy, so I have to tear this off. I’m not sure if it’s a packaging / steam issue but it only ever seems to be part of the bottom bun and I never have this issue elsewhere? The chips and sauces are usually pretty good, although the chips today tasted like they had been fried more than once, nice and crispy on the outside but hardly any potato content on the inside??

   Got some food on the way home for the first time tonight and it has to be the best piri piri chicken we have ever had. The meals were all 10/10, fresh and tender chicken strips, wings and burger. Portions are huge and great value for money just wish we lived closer to this place!

   Giving them a strong 4 for their outstanding repor with their customers . Seems like they have regulars of all kinds, people working in the area , family’s , young kids . Really nice to see the power of bonding , the food was ok , wasn’t the best wings or grilled chicken burger I ever had . Kind of fell apart after the first bite . But honestly excellent score for customer service and hygiene

   I've been going here repeatedly for nearly 5 years and I have never been disappointed once. The boss and the other staff have always been and still are nice, quick, and helpful. The food, be it chips, fried chicken, grilled chicken, burgers, or wraps, is always cooked well and tastes PERFECT. This is by far the best chicken shop in Watford and the best I've ever been to in my life.
