Unfortunately I had to leave a one-star rating, but if I could have left no stars, I would have. The experience was awful. I ordered a halloumi wrap which arrived with boiling hot lettuce, avocado, and mayonnaise. It was completely inedible and had to be sent back. I then ordered a cheese toastie which was burnt on the outside, yet the cheese inside wasn’t even melted. When we raised these issues, the manager reacted extremely aggressively. He shouted at us in the middle of the café and became angry simply because we complained. I even had to ask him why he was shouting. He then accused us of not being genuine customers. Poor quality food and a very unpleasant, unprofessional manager. I would not recommend this place.

I'm a regular at this cafe that does some of the best English breakfasts and burgers ever. Lovely friendly staff. Tasty, great quality food that comes out quickly. Outdoor seating and a great vibe.

Had amazing brunch, Halal options for english breakfast and all meat options! Amazing coffee and portions to price ratio. Amazing option in Mill Hill for brunch! Moroccan cuisine and options too!

Visited Mill and Brew and tried the Triple Club Sandwich. The filling was tasty, but the bread was bit burnt, leaving a hole in the sandwich, and the chips tasted stale.. Service charge is added to the final bill, which is worth noting. Overall Ok.

Fancied a quick Coffee and bite while I was in the area. This cozy little coffee shop did not disappoint. We were able to grab a table immediately after walking in, and staff member was to our table shortly after we were seated to take our order and help make suggestions. Our coffee was to our table in a very timely manner and our food was not too far behind once we had started the first few sips. Very friendly staff, very lovely location. We sat outside and I feel like the service didn’t suffer at all compared to what it might have been if we had sat inside. I would come back and dine here again without hesitation.

been going to this cafe since back when it was a Fratelli. Coffee has always been first class. First time since Lockdown this week I got a takeaway coffee as I didn't have time to sit. So disappointed, the coffee was watery, and the Large size laughable. Back when the coffee was probably one of the best on the Broadway I would give 5 stars. Not now. Just hoping that this is a one off.

This place oozes with quality. Great service coupled with quality food & coffee. A wide menu & We love the vegetarian dishes - some of the best in London. Loved the Vegi Breakfast & poached eggs avocado on toast. The new owner made this place even better than it was before. The tables are well spread and you can have privacy when with your family or on a meeting ( something missing in other places). Will definitely be back again ❤️

Nice place and good food, I would give 5 star only if the egg royale was a bigger portion or comes with a small side dish (leaves salad, chips etc). Went in pretty hungry and all I got was two small halved scones on a big plate which can be finished in a few bites and I wasn’t happy. Ended up ordering something extra

Delicious food, awkward seating arrangements especially on a Saturday mid morning for brunch, as it gets busy. Initially offered the worst space at the back, managed to move and get a better table.
