“Best coffee and cake in Molesey (if not Surrey or the UK in fact!) not to mention the friendliest! Coffee is always brilliant and the homebaking always fresh and delicious - worth going out of your way for!”
“A wonderful gem of a place. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate and so much more. All expertly made by the very handsome gentleman. It’s lovely to see someone who takes so much care in what they do. The coffee is amazing. Love that Niall can tell you everything about his coffee and where it comes from. He takes great care with sourcing all his ingredients. He will make sure you’re happy with your cuppa and goes the extra mile. His toasties are fantastic and so tasty!! There’s always something delicious to try. It’s so lovely to be able to sit down and enjoy your meal/coffee surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. Four leaf is set in a family run garden centre right next to the train station. Such a gorgeous place to sit and relax.”
“My favourite way to start the day!! The coffee is delicious and banana bread one of the best in the area. A nice neighbourhood spot .”
“Been coming here for 5 years for the delicious paninis. The fact that they're a family owned business is a big bonus to me. This shows in the unfailing friendliness and quality. Shout out to Jan Senior and Jan Junior. Keep doing Highgate proud!”
“Visited here to stock up on coffee beans, very reasonable price for London and to drink a flat white too, which was excellent. The owner was helpful in making my choices. Thanks very much.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Hidden Gem! The Grind is an absolute delight! Their hot chocolate is rich, creamy, and beautifully presented—easily the best I’ve had in a long time. The Turkish food is packed with authentic flavor, freshly made, and full of heart. Don’t even get me started on the homemade cakes—they’re just the right balance of indulgent and comforting. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is always friendly. Highly recommend if you’re after something a little special!”
“The best coffee in Wimbledon, also it’s local business, not a coffee chain, which is great. Their homemade pastry is a masterpiece. Authentic Greek baklava tastes the same as in Greek villages in the mountains. Highly recommend to try all pastries.”
“I was looking somewhere to have some coffee ☕️ and wow, I was amazed how cosy and nice is in here, also had some sushi, so fresh and nice! Also very cheap! Definitely would come back!”
“I absolutely love this coffee shop! The coffee is fantastic—always perfectly brewed and smooth. But the real standout is the banana bread; it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had. Beyond the delicious menu, the staff are what make this place special. They are all super nice, welcoming, and genuinely cheerful. Great service paired with great food makes this a must-visit! Highly recommend stopping by.”
“Amazing coffee! I didn’t get food this time but I will definitely be back and I’ll bring people along. Such a gem!”
“Lovely place, fully gluten free. Delicious cakes and croissants, I went back for more! Very friendly staff. The coffee was excellent too! I say this as a coffee snob!”
“This place is an incredible for coffee for the on the way to tube crowd. Exceptional roast and caring craftsmanship, and friendly owner with a smile. Forget the Costa across the street, this stand offers such better morning brew with everything you'd want and expect. My only regret is not discovering it sooner!”
“Highly recommend. Great coffee and Amir is so lovely! The photography studio space downstairs is also very cool. Support independent business.”
“I popped in for a coffee as I was delivering just around the corner. The place is small but really nice and it created a really nice atmosphere. I ordered the coffee and a cheese and tuna panini with chillies. Nothing was too much trouble, the communication was great, I had to wait around 5 minutes but I sat and enjoyed my coffee . It was delicious, and when I gave the owner feedback she mentioned that she only uses the best coffee and her passion for the business was brilliant. I would highly recommend , delicious food, brilliant panini, friendly staff and a great coffee shop with a great atmosphere”
“Excellent, fresh coffee. Serviced with a smile and places to sit in peace on the busy high street. No frills and uncomplicated”
“Great coffee, great atmosphere, good place for a chat. Sam, Rosie and Karla have been wonderful over the years. Best Coffee in Sutton!!”

“A high end coffee stop Have wanted to stop by a few times, but never timed it right till the other day. Staff were lovely and friendly, coffee was gorgeous - had an oat cappuccino, smooth and lovely coffee flavour. Plus a citrus cake which was also super tasty. Lovely to support an independent business”
“Overall: ★★★★★ Raynes Park’s finest independent coffee shop serving up Curious Roo coffee and some mighty fine fresh pastries. It’s immaculate despite being small yet it’s child and dog friendly and has a warm, welcoming vibrant atmosphere. Get in, grab a table and enjoy your coffee! This is how a coffee shop should be. Food: Coffee shop What I liked: • Really welcoming • Bright yet comfortable atmosphere • Great coffee • Small well thought out food selection • Fair price point What I didn’t like: Do I recommend going? YES Will I go again? YES Was it good value? YES Price Point: $”
“Their flat white and almond croissant were the best I’ve had in london thus far. The flat white was perfectly balanced - not too bitter, not too sweet. The almond croissant was dense and so soft. They went really well together. There is limited seating but it’s a great place to sit down and work or just drop by :)”
“I’ve been a regular at Butter Up Cafe in Tulse Hill for a year and it’s fantastic. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the staff—Jam, Alex, and Patch—are incredibly friendly. The environment is perfect for grabbing a coffee on the go or settling in to get some work done. I only tried their pastries once, but I hear their cinnamon buns is popular here. Open daily, this cafe is a local favourite worth checking out.”
“Awesome little independent coffee shop! My girlfriend had the hot chocolate which she claims to this day is the best hot chocolate she's ever had! Also such great merch, I couldn't help myself buying their caps.”
“Food was delicious, staff were polite and accommodating, the cafe had a peaceful ambiance.”
“Top 3 Coffee in London! If you haven’t tried their coffee yet, what are you waiting for? This place has earned its spot among the top 3 coffee spots in London! ☕️ They source the finest beans from South America, blending 4-5 different country brands for the perfect cup every time. The result? Simply exceptional coffee that’ll make your day. Their cappuccino is absolutely divine—foamy, rich, and just the right balance of strong and smooth. Whether you’re a casual coffee drinker or a true aficionado, you won’t be disappointed. Trust me, this place is a must-visit for any coffee lover in London.”
“Great little coffee shop! Coffee is superb as is the breakfast sandwich options and pain au Chocolat. Sometimes pick up a bag of beans to take home if they are available.”
“Very hospitable place where you can taste high quality Ukrainian food. I wish it was a little closer to the area where I live. I could enjoy their coffee every day. Thank you very much for all delicious home made food I found for my Easter basket!”
