“Just met a friend for a coffee in your Dartford branch and the lady on next table was on her phone and all the time her dog was barking which was very frustrating. The manager came over and very politely asked the lady to control the dog and stop it barking. The lady left having a moan say dogs are allowed which the manage agreed with but said she could not have the dog barking in the shop. The manager was very calm and polite while dealing with the lady 6 out of 5.”

“Visited late afternoon on Saturday the 8th of March having rung ahead to check availability. Such a lovely place, fantastic homemade,tasty cream tea,fabulous friendly service and beautiful quirky vintage decor topped off with a lovely lady providing an amazingly diverse range of songs on the piano as our soundtrack for the afternoon.I was lucky enough to be given a voucher ( lasts a whole year)as a Xmas present and will definitely be back. Would highly recommend.”

“I have just had dinner with a friend at the bubble and squeak in CRAYFORD What a wonderful experience the chairs are lovely and padded and the tables are nice and clean. We both ordered are meal and within five minutes it was being served to use. And the size of the meals were very generous. Very good value for money. “Stopped by Starbucks at Bluewater for a quick break. The service was fine and the place was clean, but the coffee was pretty average — my cappuccino lacked much flavour and the cookie was quite dry. Not terrible, but nothing special either. It did the job, but I’ve had better from other branches.”

“Absolutely lovely owner, my bus came as I was waiting for my drink and I had to leave however he finished and ran my drink out to me, just shows he cares so so so much for the customers, it’s my favourite café I’ve been to!! I love it there, it’s perfect for some quite time to work or revise and a lovely atmosphere to be in! It has a wide range of food and drinks to choose from all at such a high quality!!”
