“Just found this amazing place. Only just down the road from me and with a few days off work realised it was so good! Nicest coffee I’ve ever had in Portsmouth and the staff are amazing. Even ended up buying some ground coffee to take home. The flat white and macchiato are perfect and the smells and atmosphere are superb. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place to get your coffee. Might have to start walking down at weekends with the dog - it’s dog friendly and always a friendly canine to say hello. Thank you!”

“Well what can I not say about this lovely little place. The atmosphere inside is just wonderful clean and tidy really nice artwork on the walls just a nice chilled place to enjoy your coffee and a bite to eat. The food oh my god the flavour is out of this world definitely recommend the toasty's with the toppers they are sooooo good. The coffee is absolutely incredible so fresh and it has so much depth if you need that caffeine hit definitely pop in The staff outstanding so helpful and so friendly they really made you feel welcome just like when you are visiting a long lost friend. Not to mention they are dog friendly! 10/10 will definitely be coming back!”

“Oh my goodness! I love this little independent coffee shop! The whole team are welcoming and lovely. The coffee is smooth and hits the spot, and the food is simply delish! My faves are their Tuna & Cheese Toasted Sandwich with the Blondie for pudding to go with my cappuccino. There’s lots of yummy treats to choose from and their hot chocolate is PROPER hot chocolate. Definitely recommend.”

Extremely tasty all cooked to perfection and top quality ingredients also such a great portion size And Lovely FRESH juice. The Staff are superb so friendly and happy and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The whole premises is EXCEPTIONALLY clean I dropped something and noticed the floor is spotless. Very modern and light airy so much choice can't fault it. Left feeling very happy and very full. 10/10”

“Went today for the first time and it didn't disappoint! Was so busy, makes sense though. Very nice coffee, I had an iced Pistachio latte, loveeeed it. Breakfast was delicious, I had a Honey Halloumi French toast and my partner had some Sourdough with poached eggs, bacon and beans. Both absolute delicious. Lovely staff, attentive, friendly. Nice vibes. Would definitely come back!”

“Excellent vegan cafe in central Southsea - and a short walk from Canoe Lake and the Butterfly Museum for afterwards with the family. Coffee and food both excellent. Also takeaway option from a hatch so you can grab on the go if you’re out and about.”

“Benny's is a very friendly local venue and part of the locally famous Harper's, so anything you fancy to eat as a take away snack you can eat in .It's also a place you can stop for a coffee on your dog walk I recommend the cake selection”

“Had an amazing time at Hideout in the past month or so, I have visited it frequently. It is amazing, the staff are really nice and the drink menu is varied and inclusive. I adore their hot chocolate! I also reccomend keeping an eye out for their donuts!!”

“I walked past this lovely Cafe and noticed how beautifully pink it had been decorated in. I had to do some work and so I entered whilst being greeted by a lovely family, I placed my order (Tuna Panini, Coke & Carrot Cake). The presentation of the food was impeccable, the price was extremely reasonable and the service was outstanding. The place itself had a very positive vibe and the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend this place to everyone, will visit again if I am in the area. Thanks again for a delicious lunch.”

“Just stopped in for a cuppa and bacon sausage baguette. Very kind and welcoming staff, tea was on the table within minutes and the baguette wasn't too far behind. Very tasty and for Cowes a good price not too expensive. Will be back again.”

“Absolutely the best afternoon tea we’ve ever had. We also had some tempura prawns and calamari and we couldn’t believe how fresh and delicious it was. It is a bit pricey but in my opinion it is worth every penny. One afternoon tea is enough for two people then you can get a couple of bits on the side, which we did. Since going there last week we’ve been again as we still can’t believe how delicious it was.”

“I regularly go to this lovely independent cafe. It’s friendly, cool, has daily papers, good value and always very clean. I find it relaxing and definitely worth a visit. Today it was spotless, often toilets in some cafes are grubby but this sparkled. Maybe unimportant to you but shows a level of cleanliness!!!!! Anyway just an observation x”

He has top-notch equipment and takes great care in preparing your coffee, and it's more than a fair price. Throw in the location and there is nothing not to like.. the weather maybe :-)”

“I was given a good hint by a friend that this was the best coffee around...and they wasn't wrong! Met Steve, big smile, and the man, with a van, that most definitely can make a stunning coffee! Well, I ended up staying for a second, and noticed that he knew everyone's names, great atmosphere sat on the benchs chatting and laughing with complete strangers as if we had known each other for years. I had the flat white, with oat milk, super creamy tasting and damn, he has obviously found some good coffee beans! I seriously can't recommend a visit if you're passing enough, I can't wait to return!”

“This is my favourite place in Fareham to meet friends. It could be coffee and fabulous cake, tea and huge tasty cheese scone, feel good salad, an inspirational open sandwich or a cheeky glass of wine with a cheese platter, the food will be very special. It’s also a place where i would be happy to go on my own as i know i will be made to feel welcome and the atmosphere is laid back. Give it a try you wont be disappointed!”
