“WOW ... This place is AMAZING. I can highly recommend. The Best breakfast I've ever had. Extremely tasty all cooked to perfection and top quality ingredients also such a great portion size And Lovely FRESH juice. The Staff are superb so friendly and happy and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The whole premises is EXCEPTIONALLY clean I dropped something and noticed the floor is spotless. Very modern and light airy so much choice can't fault it. Left feeling very happy and very full. 10/10”
“Absolutely loved this place, it was so cosy and the staff were amazing. The food came out quickly, tasted delicious and was presented so nicely. Definitely recommend and will return soon!”
“Absolutely the best afternoon tea we’ve ever had. We also had some tempura prawns and calamari and we couldn’t believe how fresh and delicious it was. It is a bit pricey but in my opinion it is worth every penny. One afternoon tea is enough for two people then you can get a couple of bits on the side, which we did. Since going there last week we’ve been again as we still can’t believe how delicious it was.”
“This guy knows his coffee! Don't be fooled into thinking because it is out of a back of a van that it won't be good. He has top-notch equipment and takes great care in preparing your coffee, and it's more than a fair price. Throw in the location and there is nothing not to like.. the weather maybe :-)”
“This is my favourite place in Fareham to meet friends. It could be coffee and fabulous cake, tea and huge tasty cheese scone, feel good salad, an inspirational open sandwich or a cheeky glass of wine with a cheese platter, the food will be very special. It’s also a place where i would be happy to go on my own as i know i will be made to feel welcome and the atmosphere is laid back. Give it a try you wont be disappointed!”
“Lovely coffee shop on the high street, service always nice and hot drinks are good quality. Always seems to be somewhere to sit. Never had a bad experience. Not the cheapest but cheaper then the coffee chains and much nicer experience”
“It is so nice. Full kitchen great views”
“Had a brilliant visit to the fareham restaurant, the food was excellent but the waitress Mia made the visit superb. Her level of service is a credit to the harvester brand. She was rushed off her feet but still found time to check back with us on the food. Every bit of food was nicely presented and cooked to perfection. Mia asked if we had the app and I mentioned it was my wife's birthday and we already had a voucher, she then appeared with our deserts and a colleague and sang happy birthday. We will definitely visit again, not only for the food but for the first class service.”
“I often come in to sit and study for my masters course. The WiFi is much better than most coffee shops in the area so it's great for working on my laptop, plus there's plenty of plugs to charge while I'm here. Drinks are fab and staff are really friendly. Ren and Kathy are particularly lovely and always check in on how my course is going. It's lovely and a great environment overall! Thanks team ”
“Always have a decent coffee ,my favourite coffee cup ,and very clean”
“Some waiting. Decided to pop in for a sit down meal with the wife, we didn't book but it was pretty quiet for a Saturday. We were seated in a nice quiet corner by a lovely fire place. We order our drinks which took 10 minutes to get to the table, once we got our drinks we order our mains then we wait what seem like ages (actually 40 mins). The food was superb and well worth the wait sadly the waiting was not over. We then sat for a further 15 minutes with empty plates waiting for the desert menus. It was at this point we caught the attention of Woody who was super attentive and in a tiny pair of minutes had cleared our plates and we were browsing though the deserts, the desserts were prompt and really tasty. Woody had saved this meal for us and was keen and honest. We happily paid the top and would eat here again.”
“Great pub in the seafront for a meal or for a drink with friends/family. I had the fish and chips wich it was a decent protion and the fish was okay wich i was expecting haddock or cod and i had something else wich i never had it before. chocolate brownie with salted caramel sauce as a dessert and it was on the specials menu. Our nan had the crayfish spaghetti with chives and she said it was delicious, she would come back if the chef put it in he's menu. The atmosphere is good, nice views if you book a table next to the window, good costumer service from the waitress. I would recomend this place and I will come back if I'm arround the area.”
“Visit here quite regularly now, great staff, great drinks, lots of places to sit. Myself at a recent visit was attempting to save a pigeon that had just flown into their window and severely injured itself, sadly did not survive but the girls working were super helpful. Only issue I'd say is cleanliness and not enough toilets.”
“Situated in Garsons Garden Centre this spacious coffee shop serves delicious breakfasts and brunches plus much more including a good variety of cakes. Order and pay at the counter, take a seat, and food arrives 10 minutes later. Afterwards take time to look round the garden centre and homeware section and farm food shop. A good place to spend a relaxing couple of hours.”
“Food always consistently excellent. Good variety and choices for veggies. Marco and Amanda who run it get to know their customers well. Would highly recommend.”
“A perfect little spot on the shoreline for a hot drink and a puppachino (for my dog, not me!). Staff are always super friendly and welcoming.”
“Just returned after a five year absence. Nothing has changed well, maybe the ingredients, but still excellent. Now have corned beef savouries and a wonderful keema pasty as well as stonking breakfast treats”
“Popped in for a hot drink whilst we waited for the car at the garage. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had hot chocolates, which were tasty. When we left, they also said goodbye with a smile. Honestly, such happiness and warmth can set someone off on a lovely day.”
“First time visiting the Southwick tea room. Excellent range of cakes and drinks. The carrot cake was excellent! The staff were all very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Looking forward to my next visit.”
“First visit - breakfast with a few people from work.. Excellent welcome was cheerful and welcoming.. service great with quick drinks whilst we waited for a latecomer. Breakfast was excellent all well cooked and fresh… 10/10 for the excellent quality sausages. Price fine for quality. First visit, but not the last.”
“My wife and I spontaneously decided to have a look at Stones Cafe while looking for somewhere to eat. As you do, we looked at the menu prices outside first. We could certainly say the prices were reasonable. As soon as we entered, you were greeted with plenty of space, a well decorated cafe that was certainly clean. We made our way to the table of our choice and again looked over the menu. The breakfast choices were limited. However, this may not be a bad thing, as this generally does ensure that the less there is on the menu, the better quality it will be. Once my wife and I decided what to eat and drink, I made my way to the counter where I was greeted by a friendly server who assisted me with my choices. Once payment was made the drinks did not follow far behind which I took to the table. As my wife and I were chatting, the staff were doing some cleaning to ensure everything was at its best. This made us happy to see and you can tell that they care about the Cafe. Our food did not follow far behind and came to us within 15 minutes. We both ordered an English Breakfast and we are happy to say it was a well prepared and served breakfast. By no means was it greasy and nothing tasted as if it was frozen or had been sat there for a while. I would certainly come back here again and even bring my family.”
“A cosy and surprisingly large 2-story cafe with lots of outside seating for the warm weather. Parking on the streets nearby. Generously proportioned sandwiches come with a really tasty salad. One bowl of pwefect chips as a side did the three of us. Too full to have cake but they looked nice. Fully dog friendly. Staff are friendly and helpful and service was very prompt.”
“Great selection of coffees and paninis. The homemade cakes are delicious”
“What a gem this restaurant is. Always made to feel welcome, the staff are marvellous and so polite. After our breakfast and coffee which was generous and well priced, I used the facilities which was very clean as is the whole restaurant. With plenty of seating inside and outside, the perfect place for a snack or more.”
“We popped in on the off chance, the food and service was very good, more people should visit. Good home cooked food. The cafe is next to Portchester snooker club, go on give it a try”
“Been meaning to visit for ages as I’ve heard lots of good things and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were really nice and the food was lovely at such a reasonable price. The Veggie Muffin was filling and very yummy. The atmosphere and decor was good whether your upstairs, downstairs or outside. Lots of parking marked with a Dovecote sign. You can book or turn up on the day. We turned up just after opening on a Sunday and there were plenty of tables free. Will be definitely coming back!”
“This is a really lovely cafe. The staff here are so friendly. The kind of place you instantly feel welcome. Coffee is quality, the breakfasts are well prepared and the place is always clean and tidy. My new favourite”
“We had a nice lunch here recently. Good selection of food. All freshly prepared. Nice cakes, ice-creams and coffees too!”
“It was Cafe Dallucci but is now NAAFI, The Bridge Deck. A brilliant place for a reasonable and nice tasting coffee and breakfast bap. Nice location for a catch up and walk around the lakes.”
“Popped into the Vintage Tea Room in Fareham with my partner and had such a lovely time. The staff were so friendly and made us feel really welcome. I had the smashed avocado on toast and it was honestly amazing — super tasty and fresh. The tea was great too, just how I like it. Such a cosy little spot, we’ll definitely be coming back!”
