   Staff very slow and more preoccupied in gossip between them than serving the customers... Mistaken my order even as I was the only customer in the shop...

   Spent 20 minutes waiting to be served ( next to be served waiting 15 mins) whilst staff member who was on till decided to multi task preparing someone else's drink rather than serve customers which would have been quick anyway, she dealt with another customer who wanted something added to his drink and lost a sale as the customer third in queue left as she had waited too long. Don't visit this Costa unless you have half hour to wait.

   I ordered 2 hot drinks. One arrived. I said that I had another one to come & the girl just said yes & carried on what she was doing. After another long wait I had to get a refund as my mum's appointment was nearly due. The manager just asked why I wanted a refund - no apologies. It was like I was in the wrong. I know they are busy but a bit of customer service would be nice

   The best costa so far.. First of all amazing staff.. I particular Matt that made me a perfect flat withe,Maria a new lovely, gentle and nice lady. I found a tidy and clean shop as always even when busy and an amazing team that works very well together!!! Well done to you all guys..

   The round guys with tattoos on arm does awful mango and passion fruit coolers. He uses 20% juice and 80% ice!!!. Could barely taste the favours of the drink.

   This cafe mostly gets busier. I popped in different times; morning, afternoon and evening, but staffs are friendly and helpful. Unlike other cafe, they ask you what drink you like to order while you on the queue and gets prepared as you reached the tills. Only area for improvement is the bins need to be cleared out regularly coz when I last visited there bins were full and had to look for hospitals bin.

   Bizarre that they haven’t got large cups for as long as I can remember. Are they doing it on purpose? Quite likely as they would want everyone to have the medium cups for more profit. The difference is only about £0.50 but the volume is a 1/3 more. Clever, isn’t it?

   Had a 'Too good to go' that I ordered this morning to collect at 1.15pm. Arrived and Costa was closed - no sign of any staff inside and no notice on the doors to explain the closure. Checked with M&S as I know that there is some link between the two with the app but staff in there were unable to offer advice. Wasted journey. If they knew the store was not open why advertise something on the 'Too good to go' app for collection on that day?

   Staff are friendly cheerful and helpful. But management need to wise up. This is a very busy coffee shop. You need more staff or you're going to get complaints galore. You need a second toasting machine. Please sort out the searing. This is actually split
