I’m personally going through a lot at the moment and they have the empathy to make me feel looked after always! The almond croissant and the tuna bagel is a favourite of ours! “Overall a nice place with good coffee. It does need to be re designed as where the till is, people are walking through the door, trying to order their drinks, pay, then move over to stand in the queue to collect their drinks whilst other people are trying to leave the shop. It can be chaos when the shop is busy, it should really be looked at and re designed. The merchandise can also be hit and miss with not much of an option at times!!”

“I had to travel to Keston for a family event and wanted us to gather for brunch before. Heathfields was perfect. Hasn’t been before but received a very warm welcome. Big table in the window seated us all (7) and was a lovely setting. Sunday Brunch all round; Eggs Benedict, Crushed Arvo on toast. All food excellent. If I lived locally I’d be here very weak!”

The owner and the team were so friendly and helpful (they explained they had run out of till roll for my receipt, so emailed me - then checked I had the email). The food was delicious and the portions big. All in all, great value - we had 3x mains, 2x sides and 3 drinks for £48. Also, it was really clean and well kept. Strongly recommend this place - we will come back!”
