   I am,or rather, I was your customer for at least 10 years. I say was because now they can’t even make a decent coffee anymore. You’ve got staff working with headphones on, they don’t look you in the face, they serve their friends before the customers, the prices are outrageous and it’s always dirty… there’s nothing Italian about it anymore. When the manager Andrea was there, the coffee was the best in all of Bromley, and I’m not exaggerating. Even the music was perfect! Since he left (what a shame!), you can really see how the shop has changed. Now it’s just kids who are friends with the staff, and I’ve rarely seen them pay for anything! Lucky them!!! I wonder who hires people smh, is the owner aware of what’s going on?????? Goodbye Unico.

   I’ve been coming since the beginning of summer I absolutely love their pistachio flavor ice cream it’s honestly the best around in my opinion. However, I usually choose to take my ice cream to go, as the place never looks very clean. The cushions and tables, seem quite unhygienic, which has always put me off from staying. But one day I came with a friend for a coffee. She ordered a hot chocolate, and I got a matcha latte. I was really surprised by the size of the cups was so small. Great gelato, but the cleanliness and value for money definitely need improvement.

   Visited Unico Bromley and had a very unpleasant experience. The worker behind the counter completely ignored us when we tried to order. She didn’t acknowledge us and was walking back and forth not doing anything and instead questioned another staff member, who was busy washing dishes about why she wasn’t serving. It felt she was rude to her coworker. When a man came in right after us, she immediately offered to take his order for coffee, still without making any eye contact or acknowledging us. It felt like she was choosing who to serve based on appearance or background, which was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I’ve since seen several other reviews describing similar experiences, and the owner’s replies often dismiss this kind of feedback, saying it doesn’t justify a one-star review. I strongly disagree. Customer service is the foundation of any visit, when guests are ignored and made to feel unwelcome, it completely overshadows everything else. For that reason, this was a genuine one-star experience. We left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Poor service and what felt like discriminatory behaviour.

   I've been coming on and off for years to this place and as always I do enjoy their coffee and treats now and again. Recently I tried a Mocha for the first time and it was one of the best I've ever had! As always i will return when I'm in the area and great to see an independent doing well.

   My favourite café in Bromley since it opened several years back. While the staff seemed to have changed and lost some focus, and the pastries continue to disappoint, I can't bring myself to knock off a star for the following reasons: 1. The americano with milk 2. The biscotti gelato 3. It closes at 9PM Cafés close at 4-5pm on the regular in London, and they should be ashamed, but not Unico; superb coffee and gelato deep into the evening.

   Loved this place, their ice cream is incredible! The taste is very rich and fresh. I asked for a mango sorbet ice cream and it tasted like a real mango fruit, not artificial at all. The staff are friendly and super quick, can’t wait to try out the other flavors.
