This store has gone seriously downhill. It’s consistently understaffed and poorly managed, with staff seemingly more focused on stacking shelves than helping customers. The kiosk is often unstaffed in the evenings with no clear way to get assistance (could a wireless doorbell be installed?). Kiosk staff are often abrupt and lacking customer service skills, Click & Collect is chaotic: food pickup drivers struggle to find orders, and collecting Argos or TU items is slow and awkward (you are made to feel a problem), requiring staff to walk back and forth across the store. A closer and dedicated collection point or better paging system is badly needed for kiosk staff to send orders directly over to the collection team. Access to the car park is another issue - one of the two lifts are almost always broken, and recently both were out of service for about 2 weeks, which is unacceptable when using a trolley. Trolleys and baskets are frequently unavailable, and with most tills now self-checkout, doing a large shop is frustrating and inefficient (balancing a week's shop on scales is not an easy feat), especially when you need staff approval for restricted items. Overall, the customer experience has noticeably declined. It's clear there is no care or pride there, and staff are very disinterested.

I saw food bakery items being put on the floor where people's dirty feet walk. Then they were plonked on shelves.I told the woman this was unhygienic, could even be dog **** traces from people's shoes...Would you want these pastries on your kitchen countertop?

Absolutely disgusting, ordered thru uber eats and spent 35 quid and got most of the food damaged as examply bread and raspberries were under the heavy stuff and when arrived was damaged and zais lury simply say sorry bye bye... Rubbish service and obviously careless people!!!!

The branch has gone downhill since covid and despite a refit (where you spend half the time walking around trying to find things as there is no logic to where things now have been placed) - rarely anyone on a check out, thus forcing you to use the self scan, no one to ask for any help and if you find anyone, they seem fed up (other than Lucy who is always smiling), keep an eye on the price items scan through at when self scanning as numerous times it has not gone through at the advertised price. Its only saving grace is free parking and you can get Argos orders delivered there to collect. Unfortunately like all shops it seems they are only interested in cutting staff to boost profits for the Managers and shareholders.

A little disappointing Sunday visit. The shop is undergoing some refurbishment but it is really not working keeping the shop open. Fridges empty and stock control seems to be a bit off (may also be the warm weather but I thought supermarkets were supposed to plan for this). The lifts need replacing anx have done fo some considerable time (not sure if this is part of the plans but not obvious if it is).
