The best eatery in Petts Wood for day time food. Great friendly service. Excellent fresh food and dog friendly. This is Petts Wood hidden secret.

A first visit here on Easter Monday. It was quiet, only a couple of tables occupied. You need your ask at the counter for a menu, they are not on the tables. Order taken at the tills and all questions were answered politely. Coffees came nice and quickly and were hot and strong. The food quickly followed and was tasty. The panini had too much butter for me, but that’s just my taste, may be fine for others! The only two downfalls for me were a wet, dirty floor in the toilet and the music playing, could have been a little more tranquil for a tearoom! Overall a pleasant visit.

A Hidden Gem with Wonderful Improvements! I’ve been visiting this bakery as of recent, and I have to say, the improvements since the change of staff have been incredible. It’s always been a lovely little spot, but now it truly shines! The selection of cakes and food is fantastic—everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The coffee is brilliant too, with a great range of options to suit everyone’s taste. Whether you fancy a strong espresso or a creamy latte, they get it just right every time. The staff are a real credit to the place—so friendly, polite, and genuinely welcoming. It’s a small, family-run business, and you can tell they put their heart into everything they do. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. The ingredients are always fresh, and the tables, chairs, and cutlery are spotless. It’s also reassuring to see their hygiene rating proudly displayed at the front of the shop. One of the best things about this bakery is the space. It’s not cramped like some cafés, and there’s even a lovely garden where you can sit outside and enjoy your food in the fresh air. It’s such a peaceful spot to relax, especially on a sunny day. Given the rise in the cost of living, I also really appreciate that the prices here are very reasonable. You get great quality food and drinks without feeling like you’re overspending, which makes it even easier to keep coming back! All in all, I highly recommend this bakery. It’s a warm, welcoming place with great food, fantastic coffee, and lovely people running it. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

Ordered on deliveroo for lunch - just myself and my daughter. They didn't have the white iced doughnut but they phoned to suggest the jammy one. Yummy!! Delicious chicken pesto baguette and a lovely tuna cheese toastie. The doughnut was for her, but I nicked a bite. LOL UPDATE : visited today 25.4 for lunch. They have expanded the menu which is great but it's more expensive. My daughter had a red salmon salad, which was nice but not worth £9.95. I had a tuna melt panini, which most places serve with a side salad but here it would be an extra £2.45. I doubt I'll return for lunch. A shame as its a lovely place with friendly staff : (

Entered the tearoom. The waitress was cleaning the tables we wanted to sit up. We appreciate this can take to complete. However, no greeting from the lady and was left standing. The other lady presumably the owner acknowledge we would be cleaned and served but was further left waiting. I recommend seeking alternative venues to frequent given the tearoom was not busy. Poor customer service and make to feel awkward. Left without purchasing anything.

Love this place. Food is always fresh & tasty, staff are friendly. I find it very pram / baby friendly both because of the staff and the space available. The outside area out the back is a hidden gem. Cakes & pastries are also great. Probably my favourite lunch spot in Petts Wood!

Seriously amazing cake! Love your bacon, chicken and avocado sandwiches too I have an addiction like my mum. Love your chocolate twists, and lemon dessert too. Not to mention my favourite hot chocolate, white hot chocolate is the best. My mum treated me to a red velvet cheesecake today and it was so divine, it didn't last long. The red velvet bit was just heaven, great place to eat. And you have to try their cakes! Best cakes and my favourite place to get some. Freshly made, very tasty and addictive.
