Spoke on the phone, dropped PC off and today got my PC back with a new ssd hard drive and everything working perfectly Great service and great value. “It was my first time visiting this shop yesterday. I purchased samosas and vada pav. They are best heated at home. The people serving were very polite and helpful. The samosas were absolutely lovely and the vada pav was excellent and a great level of spice to it. Reminds me of the ones in Bombay. The vada pav here is so much better than SKVP. I will definitely be buying it again. Highly recommend it.”

“It was a surprise to stumble upon easyCoffee in Orpington, there used to be a small stand in London but I can't remember where but they did £1 coffees. The Orpington one is big and they have hipster things like bubble teas, pistachio frappe/lattesetc. I liked the way they had an easyHistory book which was an interesting browse. Coffee was not bad at all! The sandwiches look yum.”

“A very good place where my wife disappears and I walk round looking at stuff. The staff are super lovely. They do classes if you are into crafting etc which is well worth joining There is a lot of stuff here, sewing, crafting, art and if you want to learn any of these there are classes too Very friendly staff Also note if you have a blue light card, hobby craft gives some discount they don’t advertise this as much as you would think but if you are a blue light card holder like my wife use it”

“2025 **** I forgot I already done a review! Update to say thank you for being so supportive and to everyone who has been very kind. Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!! “The staff in this store are brilliant! Really efficient and friendly. I had a GAIT Analysis done.At no point did I feel pressured to buy, I tried on loads of different trainers and the staff member spent ages explaining what to consider when buying running shoes etc. I ended up buying a pair of Brooks, and will go back for my next one! great job guys!”

“We were researching a riser recliner chair at at Orpington where we met Jon who could not have been more helpful. HSL are made in Yorkshire and come in various sizes from petite to Super Grandee. Most of the chairs will lift up to 25 stones and come in an amazing amount of fabrics including leather. The leather option although lovely costs almost 1/3 more. Jon explained the "fitting" aspect which is very sensible checking on hip width, leg length, height from the floor and 4 other aspects. We were shown probably 100's of fabric, we were offered samples and those they didn't have were posted to us very quickly. We have decided not to buy at the moment but if in the future I would not hesitate to return. The shop is very well appointed and I think there were 3 other lady staff members who were also very helpful. The shop also sells non electric chairs and 3 piece suites which looked very good but we didn't try any as that was not what we wanted. There is a VERY small car park at the rear probably only 3 spaces so if able to walk I would suggest parking elsewhere to save a tight 3+ turn to exit.”
